A great tour provided by a great tour company. - As we know, tea and coffee were distributed free of charge. Since I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, I had biscuits with me and they went very well on the ship with the tea. These treats were nice for us, I recommend them.

Great experience!! - The tour guide reached us the day before, informed us of our pick-up time, and said that we would be picked up from the hotel at 8:30 in the morning, but the vehicle arrived at 9:00, it was a little late, but the best thing was that she was in constant contact with us, and anyway, she was playing songs while driving on the road. Vegetarian lunch was not to good - Enjoyed the walk on the seashore. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately sea was very rough on that day so the ride was very rough.

Great scenery. Not to great trip - We were picked up in an old bus that had broken chairs and no AC (it was August and the temp was 32 C°). It was HOT. The boat did not leave at time. We waited for a long time and many travelers complained. The journey was amazing. It included stops at two islands with enough time for a short walk and lunch, but not much time to explore the islands or for shopping. On the way back the tour guys attempted to entertain us by loud music and dancing for us and asking people to participate. Some people enjoyed it. I thought it was tasteless and annoying. But different people have different tastes.

Not great, not terrible - The tour is mostly transport, and free time, without too much guidance and explanation. Part of the staff were really rude, or it looked like that, since we had trouble understanding them due to poor English. I am not sure what is the added value(compared to just getting a ferry on your own). Best thing was that they had a hotel pick up in the morning.

Not worth it… - From start to finish- not worth it….. hotel pick up driver rude, tour was two hours late (resulting in us missing another tour) - It appeared as if it was slow season at each stop, most shops and restaurants were closed. An encounter with a photographer on board where he touched my brother to move him out of his way aggressively was not pleasant. Turkish music on board was nice .

No tour guide tour - It wasn’t a hotel pick up. It was a meet and greet and then walk to transportation. Tour guid wasn’t very helpful or much of a tour guide. He showed to the islands and then just left us there after the first island it was lunch on the boat not in a seafood restaurant like advertised, which wasn’t told about. Well I say lunch it was a chicken drumstick a scoop of rice and a scoop of pasta no soft drinks available had to pay for. At end of tour when got off boat had to ask what transport to get on. The islands themselves are very beautiful

Total fraud- terrible experience- we paid extra to take the local ferry back to Eminonu - Total fraud. An hour late to pick up and demanded we walk to different place. Zero communication, waited on boat, for others, deafened by blaring noise, poor lunch, no “guide”. ‘Get off here - 1 hour’ go to next island, ‘get off here - 2 hours’. No electric trolleys, no horse and buggy. Boat leaves, drags you to leather sale. Save yourself- Get the regular ferry 160 t-Lira - it goes to more islands so closer than mid Bosphorus

Terrible Tour to Princes Islands - This tour was the worst tour I have ever been on! If I had none how bad it would be, I would not have wasted my time. The driver picked us up and the van was so filthy that I hesitated to sit down. There was no air conditioning so the driver was driving with the door open and which isn’t safe. The first island, they only gave us 25 minutes and then we had to return to the boat. What was even the point to even stop at the first island?? The food they served for lunch was not hygienic and my husband ended up getting sick. The crew were rude and unfriendly. After the tour, instead of dropping us off at our hotel, they dropped us off on the highway!!! Very dangerous. Stay away from this tour at all costs!!

Waiting at the hotel - We waited at our pre arranged hotel pick up from 8.20 in the morning and after 1 hour of phone calls from our concierge and chat the driver finally admitted that he didn’t pick us up Apparently he picked up other passengers but not us I don’t believe this was true as the hotel staff were aware we were waiting and we’re contacting the driver the whole time who kept saying he was coming Terrible service as we missed s whole planned day of our trip We have requested a refund let’s hope it happens
