Unforgettable experience with our private tour guide in Istanbul! - We had the pleasure of exploring Istanbul with Hilal as our private guide and it was a fantastic experience. From the start, Hilal was professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Hilal tailored the tour to our interests. We wanted to see both the classic sights and some hidden gems and Hilal did that perfectly. We visited the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace but also lesser known places that gave us a deeper insight into local life and culture. The stories and historical facts Hilal shared were fascinating and brought the city to life. Her passion for Istanbul was infectious and piqued our interest even further. Thanks to Hilal we were able to make the most of our time. She knew exactly when to visit the sights to avoid crowds and made sure we didn't have to wait long anywhere. We especially appreciated the insights into local traditions and customs. Hilal explained the meaning of various cultural practices and gave us valuable tips on how to behave in the city. As we don't speak Turkish, it was very helpful to have Hilal as an interpreter. She helped us to communicate easily and also pointed out culinary highlights that we might have missed otherwise. We felt safe and well looked after the whole time. Hilal always made sure that we felt comfortable and patiently answered all our questions. We can fully recommend Hilal and would book a tour with her again at any time. Thank you for these unforgettable days in Istanbul! --- May 19, 2024

A quick tour of Istanbul's gems - We had Serkan lead us on a walking tour around the Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Tokapi Palace, and Hagia Irene. He expertly led us around and provided very useful explanations and insights into the history of the various sites. He also took us to several shops at our request. They had high quality items at a fair price--these included Turkish delights, honey, ceramics, and other souvenir items. With Serkan's tourist guide pass and his help in getting online tickets beforehand, we were able to circumvent some of the lines and pack a lot into the day. The place he took us for a lunch of kebabs and pide was very tasty. It was local and the food quality was great at a very reasonable price.

Excellent Guide - Outstanding guide insured an excellent visit to important sites in Istanbul. Additionally, he advised on the purchase of a rug, who was a legitimate vendor in the grand bazaar and tasty local restaurants. When we had a problem at the airport we were able to call him for a translation. His English is good and his knowledge is amazing. Highly recommend!

An outstanding personalised walking tour of Istanbul. Thoroughly recommend you do this!! - Serkan is an outstanding guide, whom we could not recommend highly enough. Carefully considered what we wanted to do (and should do) in Istanbul - then off we went! So knowledgeable not just about the landmarks, but also too of the history of all the amazing landmarks we visited, the history of Istanbul and indeed all of Türkiye. It was an extraordinary and detailed history lesson in real time. Serkan knew which landmarks to see in what order and in what time, as a licensed guide we had no queueing with him. Giving us so many details everywhere we went really elevated our experience and appreciation for all that we visited. Most definitely recommend. Faultless. The only way to experience old Istanbul. Thank you Serkan!
