You will then descend towards the Sahara Desert after a full day of navigating the breathtaking Atlas Mountains.

Midelt - During your trip, you will make a stop for lunch in Midelt, a town renowned for its fossils and rocks. Midelt is located halfway to your destination. After lunch, you will continue your journey towards Merzouga along the road.

Fleuve de Ziz - After lunch, you will continue your journey, crossing the Ziz River and passing by towering palm trees and fortified Kasbahs on your way to Erfoud.

Merzouga - Take a break to admire the breathtaking view of a massive palm tree oasis, then proceed to reach Merzouga in the afternoon. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with mint tea and your guide, who will introduce you to your camels. Mixed trip--nice driver - Love how thoughtful Aimed was--helped us local prices for crafts, always helped with my heavy luggage, told us always to wear seatbelts, drove us safely, helped us be on time. The sites here are beautiful. The experience at the camp however was poor. The camp is unrelated to this travel agency. When Aimed learned about how poor the experience was, he immediately contacted his boss to explain the situation and was very concerned. He didn't want this to happen to other guests. I appreciated that. Camp was bad b/c: -Turned off electricity the whole night so couldn't charge any electronics or get a hot shower. They turned on the electricity 1 min before we left our rooms. Not professional b/c they never told us they would do that -Breakfast was completely in the dark. No one was to greet us to tell us we could start breakfast. One guest was kind enough to use his own light to help others see the food -The camp didn't have rooms for us and last minute put us in rooms. All other guests of other companies had their rooms assigned I did like the dance the camp had at the ens. Good energy, drumming, dancing. Great hotel for the 2nd night.

Not bad, worth a try! - It's pretty good. You can try it for the first time! It's a small group. See if you can meet a suitable chat partner! I like the sunrise and sunset very much. The driver will come to pick us up in time. It's still very cost-effective! You don't have to worry about it. You can play and take pictures with confidence. I took a lot of beautiful photos and it was also very relaxing and enjoyable! Recommended to try!

Amazing Tour, Great Way to See Morocco! - This was a really great tour. Hakim picked us up promptly at the time I was told the night before. He took our luggage and there was wifi in the van. Hakim made sure we had frequent stops and always told us if we had to go to the bathroom to just let him know and he’d make an additional stop if needed. He constantly was asking us if we were enjoying the trip and if we needed anything. Hakim definitely went over and beyond for us including carrying our luggages to the Riad for us and tying our bandanas on us for the camel rides. He was always very clear and told us exactly what was going to happen. Hakim also understood we wanted to see beautiful views and take pictures. So he stopped several times throughout the tour for short 10-15 minute sceneic panoramic views for us to see and take pictures. I can’t recommend Hakim enough! Although the tour was great I do have two things I’d change or at least have everyone be aware of. We were at the merzouga camp in the end of September and in the tent there is no window or airflow so it can feel close to 30 degrees in the tent making it very hard to sleep. There were showers but no body soap, shampoo or conditioner which made it hard as we were travelling for two weeks and did no carry our own. They told us breakfast would be at 5:30am as we had to leave promptly at 6am for the sunrise camel ride but we ended up sitting around until 6:30am for the camel guides to grab us. Also, throughout the entire desert part of the trip no water was provided and you had to pay for it. Secondly, the Riad we stayed at was clean and safe. However, in our room, room 4 we did not have any glass door or curtain to divide the shower from the toilet so when we showered the water would spray over the entire bathroom which made quite a mess. The sink is also incredibly small with no space to even hold a toothbrush. But the room had ample towels and had AC. The dinner and breakfast at the Riad were quite nice as well. Lastly, the description of the tour let us know we would be provided water bottles but not once were we given any. So, I would recommend changing that. Aside from these minor issues I would still highly recommend this tour! If you’re considering it, do it! It’s a great way to see so much of Morocco you would probably never see without a guide and this sort of tour.
