- Riad Ouliya - Your companion Chef “ouliya” will meet you before taking you to his family in their typical Moroccan home located in a less touristy area of the city of Fes, 10 minutes cab drive from the old Medina. “ouliya” will provide you with all kinds of explanations of ingredients, traditions and customs from the moroccan food culture. You will be accompanied throughout this experience in order to familiarize with the techniques of Moroccan gastronomy and the presentation of gourmet plates. At the end of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to taste the dishes you’ve prepared, served with love and hospitality, before receiving a certificate of success around a friendly and joyful Moroccan tea.

In our cooking class with Ouliya, you’ll discover many things that will make you enjoy the class like never before. Cooking with Ouliya - Ouliya was a real teacher, my husband and I had a real hands on experience.
The beautiful Riad surrounded by orange trees made it all the more special. From the first moment we met Ouliya to the buying of the ingredients in the market to the prep of the ingredients and the final results , was a special sensorial culinary experience that made us feel part of the true Fes.
The food was absolutely delicious!!!! You can enjoy the meal at the restaurant where she works as a chef( Soultana’s restaurant) or take a fenomenal cooking lesson in her home.
