This is the tour to book!!!! - Perfect tour!!! We saw everything we wanted to see and more! We were so lucky to have Hicham as our guide. We never would have been able to find all the places he took us to. He gave great insight and stories of the Medina. We were excited to hear about his experiences, and the history of Fez. We appreciated the cultural aspect of this tour and he took us to places where we did not feel the pressure to purchase but we were happy to know we were taken to trustworthy and authentic artisans. He was even able to get us a better price for an item we wanted to buy. He happily took us on a longer tour (no extra charge) as we had more questions and places we were curious about visiting. He recommended a place for dinner and we were happy with that restaurant. During this tour we saw other groups of tours in the Medina and felt this private tour offered a much better experience in terms of information and hidden gems of Fez because Hicham is better than the other guides we saw. I would recommend this tour to all my friends and family! This is the tour for Fez to book! Don’t hesitate!!!!

Fez in one day - If you want a local guide who speaks Italian well, Mohamed is for you! He will accompany you to discover the key places of the city of Fez and will be able to tell you in detail the history of this ancient city. Advised!

Wonderful tour - don't hesitate to book with Hicham - Hicham was an incredible guide. He spent 6 hours with us and even offered to spend even more time to finish the rest of the tour. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Would have preferred skipping the carpet shops where they try to sell you things and instead would have preferred to finish the buildings and sites but saw a lot overall and were very impressed with the tour. His English was great. We only had one full day in Fez and we wouldn't have been able to see everything we did without his guidance.

Enjoy Fes without hustle - That was a great day! Very informative tour and unique experience. Places we visited will be difficult to find yourself. Guide answered all our questions, helped to find things we wanted to see, buy and eat. A great way to see the medina - We have just enjoyed a walking tour with Hicham and have returned to our riad tired and more knowledgeable, having picked up lots of interesting facts and covered so much ground. Hicham is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job, and it was a pleasure to have his company. It was also good that he was not watching the clock, allowing us plenty of time for photos and questions. Can thoroughly recommend him as your guide. Thanks Hicham 🙂

Standout guide! - Our tour guide was Hicham, a very knowledgeable, considerate, and personable guy. He would say that he’s just doing his job, but you could tell his energy and effort goes above and beyond. A truly standout man if you have the chance to be guided by him.

Amazing tour of Fes - Absolutely amazing tour of Fes and well worth it. Got lots of information about Fes and it’s history had the best mint tea in the world, and got to take many great photos along the way.

Best guide ever! - My tour through fes with Hicham is one of the highlights from my time in Morocco. He is fantastic. I learnt so much about fes, we had a lot of laughs and I would have been incredibly lost in the Medina without his knowledge and guidance. Best guide I’ve ever had, highly recommend ☺️

Terrible tour - The tour was very disappointing. The guide explained the places visited to the bare minimum. In some attractions we were taken and left alone to visit, such as in the museum. More than a tour of the city it seemed like a sales tour of local products: leather, herbal medicine and fabrics. In these places, after an explanation of just 2 minutes or less, made by the owners of the place, the focus is exclusively on the sale of the products, which occurs in a very insistent manner. During the tea break, which lasts more than half an hour, the guide was absent. Furthermore, forgetting that tea was included in the tour, we kindly offered to pay for ourselves and the guide, who in no way reminded us that it was already included in the price of the tour. Finally the tour ended 15 minutes earlier than expected.
