Brilliant - Fantastic day brilliant guide and crew good value for the money mud bath so much fun photographer took some amazing photos would recommend to others

Dalyan river cruise - We went on a private tour from Gocek, going private is the best option as you get the boat for just you and your family and should only cost you approx €40 more. There are drinks on the boat which are reasonably priced. Last time we did this tour back in 2012 there were local boats on the river pulling crab straight out of the water and cooking them in front of you, which were lovely. Probably due to H&S this now does not happen, you stop at a shop which sells you the crab already prepared. The crab tastes great but they are small and difficult to eat, you have to break open the shell with your fingers or teeth, which can have sharp edges and easy to get cut on. Turtle beach is great and on the way back you can stop at one of the many restaurants along the river bank, which are great. Good day out.

Wonderful wonderful experience - Absolutely wonderful excursion and we had a wonderful day! Attila our guide was so friendly and caring and attentive! He looked after us and our baby and made us feel warm and welcome. He gave us amazing information in a fun way and he gave us amazing tips. I would thoroughly recommend any trip with him. The boat ride with our driver Ahmet was lovely and our bus driver was also brilliant. The mud baths were brilliant and we have enough time there. The Kaunos tombs are remarkable if you like history and at turtle beach we got to see turtles in the water - they won’t be on the beach during the day! It was excellent and a bonus as I didn’t think we would get to see them. Lunch was buffet and it was fabulous - the baby also had a wonderful day. I would highly recommend and I would do it again!

Mud baths - Had a fantastic day out to the mud baths & turtle beach, first time I have done this & I highly recommend this trip!!

Dalyan river cruise - Mobius travel took us on the river cruise. Great day, relaxing boat, beers, great guide - Leader - had a fab day. Saw loads of turtles.

Well worth doing ! - Brilliant day out so worth doing . Our tour guide was so knowledgeable she knew her stuff and fab friendly photographer. So glad we went and it’s very well organised thankyou !

amazing a must do on your list - this is a fantastic day out so much to see and it is great when you get to try the blue crab fresh out of the river cooked in front of you and a bargain of a price,the mud baths are so much fun as well as being good for your skin,your body feels so soft when all the mud comes of,if going with a group you will love it we were covering each other with the mud,then to finish it of we went to turtle bay it was a roasting hot day but still worth going,yes i would go back again,fantastic value for your money

Not so great experience - Boat ride was good. But otherwise it was not so fulfilling. First of all we were picked up from the hotel to a spot in a different vehicle then from that place we were set to a bus with Russian guide and we were not share any information during 1 and half hours of our journey in the bus to Dalyan. Then during the boat ride our English guide met us and shared necessary information while we were supposed to enjoy the ride. Afterwards we learnt that for two bus and two boat the company has arranged only one guide. The food served during lunch was of poor quality.

VERY cold! - This was a lovely trip but we could have been warned that it would be very cold out on the river. Fortunately we had hoodies with us but everyone was using towels also to try and keep warm. The mud baths were great but the freezing cold showers after were a bit brutal !! The chicken lunch appeared good but the fish choice was very poor. NO turtles seen at all….. very disappointing.

Unprofessional guide & short time on sights - The guide on this tour was extremely unprofessional & impolite. Our schedule pickup was at 8 I was at the reception at that time , I left & they called at 8:12 , we were at the bus by 8:19 . They started giving us attitude even the driver was complaining ( why was he interfering not sure ) . We apologized politely yet the disrespectful attitude continued . She asked for the tickets I told her one minute I will open the ticket on my mobile . Yet she insisted if you got them in your bag can I have them you delayed us enough . I was like one minute it is on the mobile not a paper ticket . ( she seemed surprised as if no other customers got the ticket from Viator before). Then we stopped at the mud pool she was like meeting time at 12 on the boat ( basically most of the tour was spent in the bus approx 4 hours ,plus the river tour time as for mud pool 1hr & beach 1:30 HR) we arrived on the boat at 12:03 exactly . She started to complain we have rules on the boat you were late (we were 3 Arab ladies) I only knew how to speak in Turkish & I guess that increased her attitude problem . I was like only 3 minutes , she was like everyone is waiting, I said 12 . I felt I am not on a tour as if I was going to important work meeting . We apologized but still she wouldn't stop yelling & saying we have rules on this tour . Then I tried to soften the atmosphere went to her & I was like we are on vacation relax dear not for 3 minutes & in front of all the other people on the tour , she got angrier & started you are late from the morning we have rules blah blah , I asked her to listen to me she screamed I don't want to listen to you, at that moment the driver tall big man came to fight with me & yell at me & he was like if I cause more trouble they will drop me back from the tour as if I am not the paying customer. Beside the fact other tour boats had music & more fun time our tour had the customers running to the boat after the beach stop cause we are meeting at 1:30 & they arrived at 1:31 ... oh no word said to them by the way about arriving before 1:30 . Just to us . So I wouldn't recommend this tour not with this guide . Her name was Ozel or something like that . Oh one more note the driver had his wife & baby girl on the bus , when one guy asked for music in the bus they said sorry we have a baby on the bus we can't . I don't understand how unprofessional they are. End of the trip they said to all other customers have a nice holiday except us .
