Just an incredible experience - Whole experience was great and loved every bit of it. Crew and staff on the island were extremely Friendly and always cared for our needs and wants. Totally recommend it. Just make sure you schedule your pickup time by calling the number provided because the "Jetty" or boarding point is about an hour away from Denarau hotels. And don't forget to tip the hard working and always smiling staff. Cheers!

Robinson Crusoe Island - Not a cruise dinner. Small boat will take you to the island where you can try traditional Lovo chicken and lamb. Fantastic dance and fire show after dark.

Excellent night out - Had a brilliant night of entertainment. Was a bit concerned about coming back from an earlier post but we fortunately we had calm weather. Staff very helpful getting on and off the boat. Man had a walker and they helped him all night. Great entertainment, great food and drinks. Good night for all.

Nice but too long and ended badly - The fire show was good. The whole thing was at least an hour too long. The end got very scary when the boat we were in filled with water and was at risk of sinking. An hour later than we were supposed to be back, a rescue boat finally came and collected us and we had to transfer to another boat in the middle of the water much to the pure fear of the poor children on board. Very scary.

Unsafe overloaded boats, crowded with not enough seating - Boat overloaded and not safe at all. Way too many people on board. 4 x boats averaging 70 people in each that I counted . Not enough seating at the venue had to sit on the sand as there was hundreds of people. Could hardly see the show. If they limited the number of guest it would have been a much safer enjoyable experience. Wouldent recommend definitely won’t go back.

The Boat Ride from Hell - On February 14, my wife, my 2 sons, and I went on this tour. The tour involves a 35-40 minute boat ride to the island from their own jetty located on the Road to Natadola Beach. For the "boat ride", a pontoon was used. The pontoons have 4 rows of seating - 2 on the sides and 2 in the middle (back-to-back arrangment). The pontoon that took us to the island has "life jackets" stored on the ceiling of the boat. HOWEVER, after the dinner and the fire shows, the ride back was HELL-LIKE, because: 1/ The pontoon was full of people (I think maybe around 40 people including 3-4 small children, BUT THERE WAS NO LIFE JACKETS on the boat at all. 2/ The pontoon was not equiped with any kind of light for night time travelling except for a single "spot light". 3/ There were only 2 crewmembers, 1 is the captain and 1 is the deck hand. 4/ It was raining hard so all sides of the boat, except for the back side, was covered with plastic so the captain could not see ahead. To help the captain, the deck hand had to turn on his spot light to guide the captain. After establishing position and conveyed it to the captain, the deck hand then turned off his spot light. A boat carrying 40+ souls travelling in total darkness with occasional use of the lone navigation system - a spot light. I could never imagined a situation like this would exist in 2024, but I actually was in such situation. I fear for my life, my wife's life, my children's lives, and the lives of all passengers on the boat that night. 5/ Worse off, at one point during the journey back to the jetty, the deck hand turned on his spot light and shouted out to the captain. The captain immediately put the engine in reverse to stop the vessel from moving forward. The captain then changed direction and continued on. At that time I realized that the boat had almost hit something. Thanks God all guests at the event made it back to the jetty and back to their hotels. Anyway, I hope this will help future vacationers to decide whether or not this tour is for you and your family.
