Memorable Experience - Staff was accommodating, friendly and helpful staff in what was a crowded, somewhat chaotic environment. It was very busy on the day we visited.

Great tour! - Seeing the David statute was the best!
Also the tapestry was pretty amazing.

Florence - Statue of David Gallery - The statue of David was the must-see attraction, however, I was surprised at the additional statues, paintings and additional history in this gallery.

Skip the Line Tour Operator Needs to Honor Confirmed Reservations - The experience visiting the galleria was very informative and met my expectations for what I wanted to see.
I did not liked the fact that my entry time was changed by the tour operator from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. This change split out day in half which limited using our time in Florence more efficiently.
Lastly, the line to get in was very busy but considering the number of people attending the venue, handling of the entry was efficient.

Rude and Unnecessary Viator Staff - The Viator person distributing tickets was rude and unpleasant. Within a few minutes of finally receiving my ticket from the Viator staff person, I clearly saw that I could have easily purchased tickets for my family myself at the Accademia ticket office and had no need whatsoever to get them through Viator. Won't make the same mistake again.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! SCAM! - If I could rate it a ZERO I would! Walked up and was told it was canceled and we got an email about it. Another American couple walked up at the same time and was told the same thing. Neither of us received an email. This was a complete scam! Do your research before purchasing tickets!!

Scam! Do not buy - This is a scam. They canceled 20 minutes before the time. I got a refund, sure. But did not get to go as planned. I was standing there with 20 people who were disappointed. This is not a joke. This is not an exaggeration. This is true. This is a warning to all future potential attendees.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS through them. - Company used by Viator “Things to Do” sells advanced tickets for times they do not have. If
You choose 10:00am there is no guarantee they will even have tickets for that time. They will change times on you right before depending on what they get. It will ruin any planning you have DO NOT USE!!!!! Buy tickets elsewhere

Do Not sign up for this Tour - Guide never showed, very disappointed. We also learned while waiting for the guide that there is no “skip the line” just a timed entry, so we felt scammed.
Viator issued a prompt credit, but we were only in Florence for a day so it was upsetting to not to see the David
