Saw David - The tour was a wonderful experience. Our guide loved what she was doing and it showed. Her description of David was spot on.

Extremely worthwhile - The greeter was so very helpful and found a place for me to sit while waiting and then facilitated our getting a wheel chair for the actual tour. Our guide, Martina was quite personable and extremely knowledgeable. One guest’s radio wasn’t working and she immediately called to rectify the situation. I highly recommend her and this guided tour.

Recommend - Would highly recommend. Our guide was excellent and really explained a lot of the history of each piece. She took her time taking us through the museum and made the experience wonderful. There were four of us and 3 had already been before but said they learned so much more and enjoyed this visit more with this tour and guide!

Great museum insights - Insights of Michelangelo in the creation of the David and other sculptures as well as other items in the museum I was not aware of if the tour guide didn't mention.

Definitely recommend - Definitely recommend so that you can skip the line. We got right in and spent a little time in the museum before spending a ton of time at the David statue, which is the main reason we booked this tour. Excellent guide.

David in all his glory. - Interesting tour and guide was great at pointing out the differences and similarities between Michelangelo’s unfinished statues and the statue of David.

Bustling history - Stefanzo was wonderful, light hearted and excellent at telling stories. He kept the group entertained with history and knowledge. Highly recommend. The David was extremely busy and felt much like a cattle herd. We were able to wander through other parts of the museum as well.

Superb exhibit a must see in Florence. - We were surprised when our tour was changed at 10:00 am to a 1:00 pm tine. We were told we would get a full refund but had to pay cash at 1:00 pm. Which seemed odd. However the exhibit itself was most certainly one of our favorites. Learning about David & all the art was appreciated. Our guide was very educated & thorough in his reviews. Other than last minute time change a remarkable museum. Highly recommend going.

Scam - Like others. My family was left stranded by this one in the same way others are complaining about. We showed up at meeting site and we're told that tour was delayed several hours. Shane the tour guide said this happens all the time. The new time conflicted with other plans so we were told to wait. We waited an hour and a half. Still no tickets were available. They said the company books tours without tickets in hand and then they sell out, leaving guest stranded. Like others. I did not get any message or notifications about issues. DO NOT BOOK is my advice.
