Best tour ever - Our tour guide was outstanding! Milla (believe that's her name) was so very knowledgeable, but filled in the human details behind the artwork. She made you feel a connection w/ the artist beyond simple facts. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Good Tour in the Acadamia - Our tour guide was very knowledgeable. She spoke to us with a friendly and inviting tone. She maneuver through the museum in a way that allowed for clear, uninterrupted dialogue.

incredibly unserious - They make you pay for not standing in line. After payment they inform you that you will have to queue up. Then they do not accept cancellation. They do not give the Money back. One could be inclined to call this a cheating policy.
