Taking this class with my... - Taking this class with my daughter, son-in-law and grandkids (11 and 14) was so much fun. My grandson (the 11yo) wasn't sure about it, but really enjoyed it. We were joined by a couple from Aunstralia and one from the US, who were great table mates. Our chef was fabulous and the time went so quickly! I would take another class from this group.

Great class! - This class was so fun and educational! We had the best instructors who taught us multiple culinary skills in addition to pasta making. They were also very accommodating to my dairy allergy, providing substitutes for the items I could not eat. We enjoyed getting to know other people in the class as well. It was also exciting being able to try all of our dishes after the class with a glass of wine and dessert. It was a fun environment and I highly recommend!

Great family experience! - Attended with 2 teen boy who also agreed it was well worth the experience. They run a well oiled business with multiple classes back to back. We'll have to see know if the teens use their new skills in the future.

Well spend hours, improve your cooking skills! - It was a rainy day, perfect to spend it indoor with this class. We got plenty of time to learn and make our own pasta dishes. Our instructors were very clear and easy to follow. On the way we met many new friends and the best part is to eat the pasta you made! It was a very fun experience and you get to learn very useful techniques how to perfect your pasta making! Love the whole experience and it was so fun!

Good lesson, food & recipe booklet too - The menu variety, techniques demonstrated & hands on experience were my high points. The food & meal sharing with others was very nice. My only suggestion is to have wine served during the wait, after cooking. We sat about 30 minutes waiting for the food, without wine.

Wine and pasta make a great combination - We had the best time making pasta and panna cotta. 3 hours went by quickly plus we were able to consume 2 bottles of wine!

Great fun and good food - The head chef (forgot his name sorry) for our cooking class was great! He made it fun, easy to follow and helped out when needed. Our group was 20-25 which was split into 4 tables of 5-7 with a chef looking after 2 tables each. Having 7 on our table made it a bit chaotic. Everyone makes their own pasta dough for fettuccine and ravioli while a group dough is made for gnocchi. Everyone helps out making ravioli filling and starting the sauces off while the chefs finish them off. We also made a pancetta which was fairly straight forward. Got 1 bottle of wine to share between 5 people and extras cost 10euro. The booklet they give at the end is just a piece of paper with the recipes printed on them and not 100% to what we did on the night. All in all between 2.5-3 hours. it was good fun, the food tasted great and would recommend.

Fun time learning cooking skills with friends - The whole process was very well organized and the trainers were excellent. You can tell they learned the real art of their trade, not just the steps. Had fun sharing parts of the process with friends. The head chef seemed a little tense and not as friendly as I would recommend. But in the whole scheme of things, that was minor. His staff carried the show. Well done tour!
