Best Tour on Our Trip - Patricia, our morning tour guide was especially excellent. She showed that she loved Florence and was sensitive to Americans not being familiar with Italian. I meant to ask what her background was because she seemed like she had an art history degree. The audio system that 'The Tour Guy' used were the best on the trip. We could be 30' away and still understand what the guides were saying. I wish all our tours were as easy and understandable. The afternoon guide, Alma was good but Patricia was a tough act to follow and (I think) people were getting tired.

Good tour if you don’t have much time. - Tour guide is very knowledgeable but it was difficult to follow and monotonic. It is also shorter than they advertise and felt that it is expensive.
