Can repeat this tour, for the beautiful places - I liked all the tour. There were beautiful places, enough time was provided to explore every place. Our tour guide Ana was excellent and gave us good directions in every place. I recommend this tour a lot.

We REALLY, REALLY Regret Doing This Trip - Our guide Sarah did a nice job (as best as she could) with very good English and she was quite pleasant... however ...she was the ONLY person guiding 60+ people on a full coach bus, multiple train connections between cities and including a ferry connection. Directions were not as clear as they could have been for ALL and many people did not hear her instructions at each turn, then they had to ask others if they heard what was said, where to go and when, it was a miracle some were not left behind. The population of overall tourists in Cinque Terre was VERY high complicating understanding where to go and stay close to her to hear directions. It was VERY hard, nerve-racking and stressful to navigate the multiple moves this large group had to make trying to hear what one guide was telling us. A group of this size should have had at minimum 2 guides to provide clear direction (3 would have been better). There were very minimal bathroom opportunities and what was scheduled was very rushed! This was completely unacceptable. The flag she held up that we were to follow looked like it had been through a war and was faded, tattered and small, guess this should have been our first tip this was not going to be a first-class experience we paid at $475 US (434 Euro) for two of us.
