Cinque Terre - 5 stars. Our tour guides Dani and Cecily were amazing. Great day to see Cinque Terre. Company is also 10 stars. Our group missed one train and we called Ciao Florence and within minutes, someone emailed our tickets, put us in touch with oir guide and gave us the next meeting location and time. Overall great day and tour

Cinquie Terra July 2024 - Besides the towns being beautiful, we were able to dip our toes ( I forgot to pack my suit) into the Med. Sea and enjoy the clear cool water. We also found a very tiny enoteca to have a nice quiet bottle of wine with friends

An En Fuego day in Cinque Terra - Roberto did a great job navigating train delays and backed up traffic. We enjoyed not having to plan a single thing. We just enjoyed the ride and the experience of Cinque Terra Despite it being nearly 100 degrees our guide made the day enjoyable

A Classic Stop - A great little spot to enjoy fresh cooked and great food. In business since 1931 so they have had time to get things right. Outdoor ordering, a pretty complete menu of "fast food" items, great ingredients, and well cooked. The burgers have definitely shrunken lately but the fries still fill up the box and that's all we can ask for. Downside is very slow preparation and a serving counter that is twice the temperature of the sun if you happen to lean on it. We make the trip out of town at least once a week to get our Sonia's fix and they never disappoint. Interesting that they offer fried or raw onions on your burger and that is pretty great. A super lunch, an air show by amazing pelicans, and, at times, rumbling traffic but a classic that serves great food. Doesn't get much better than this in the summer time.

Great day out - Great day out. The villages are incredible. Our guide - Roberto - and driver - Paolo - were both fantastic. Only disappointing thing was that our coach didn’t have a toilet - which for a 2+ hour journey (there and back) isn’t ideal.

Very crowded - Cinque Terre is undoubtedly beautiful, but I was a bit let down by how crowded it was. I had envisioned relaxing on the beach, but it was so packed that the area reserved for tour groups was quite limited. It wasn’t very enjoyable. Additionally, the tour guide didn’t offer much insight about the region during the bus ride. It would have been great to learn more interesting facts about the area. Overall, we were a bit disappointed.

Not really a tour - My experience with the Cinque Terre day trip was very average. The tour primarily arranged transportation but provided no historical information about the magical places we visited. Our tour guide gave us a brief five-minute introduction at each stop, pointing out good spots for photos or shopping, but offered no insight into the history of the area. Additionally, it might have been my mistake, but you need to be at the meeting point 20 minutes before the start time (7 a.m.). I arrived at 7:03 a.m., and they had already left, so I had to travel on my own, incurring extra costs. We were part of a huge group (over 50 people), which didn't suit my preference for a more curated and insightful experience. Cinque Terre is a magical place and a must-do for day trips. I’m still processing the beauty of all the villages. I would recommend exploring it on your own, as it’s relatively easy to navigate, but if you want your transportation arranged, this tour is a decent option just don’t come with other expectations than that.
