- Via Matteo Palmieri, 31 R - We will select the best seasonal vegetables and the best products that the Italian territory offers.
From FLOUR to RAGÙ, together we will make real Italian pasta from scratch as they did it in the times of the Medici family, the lords of the Renaissance.
WE WILL PREPARE 3 TYPES OF FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLI and PAPPARDELLE, and at the same time the Chef will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, arrabbiata and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù
You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.
During the experience we can drink good TUSCAN WINE or unlimited

Our cooking school is situated in a medieval tower from the 1200s, just a short distance from Brunelleschi’s Dome. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Dante Alighieri, the father of the Italian language, as the tower where we cook once belonged to his wife’s family.

Wish I didn’t have to say Arevaderchi… 👋❤️🤤🍝 - This experience was the highlight of our Florence trip. The Chef was very funny and helpful. We learned so much great information and we can not wait to make pasta at home. I recommend as a date night, family fun night, or just hanging with friends. This was perfect and delicious.

Great fun - The whole experience was great! The chef/instructor was very knowledgeable with a sense of humor and the class was organized and managed well. The pasta snd sauces we made were just delicious! Lots of fun too!

Best way to start your trip! - David was the best! Authentic, fun and easy.. pasta was delicious!! Brought people together and was a laidback while assisting a very informative presentation from the chef! Great location as well. Lots of giggles xx

Informative and Fun! - A lot of fun and probably one of the best meals we had! David is very experienced. The only thing I would recommend is that he speaks a little slower. It was hard to understand him sometimes.

Disappointing experience - I have done cooking classes in many locations and enjoyed them immensely, but I found this cooking class to be disappointing. The room is very large, with two sections of approximately 20 people each. My group arrived on time but there were not enough spaces to be together. Many of the people in our section were far away from the instructor and had difficulty seeing and hearing the demonstration. Finally, the room was warm enough as to negatively affect the evening —everyone was sweating and fanning themselves all evening. On the plus side, then instructor was nice and did his best given the circumstances; it just wasn’t enough for us to enjoy ourselves or for me to recommend this experience to others
