The Flavor of Florence is a must for day one! - We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Sofia and the family from Australia. Sofia was very knowledgeable and she chose wonderful destinations to help us understand the local foods. We have already recommended Sofia and your tour company to others.

Gladly again - Good food, great group, highly recommended. Go hungry and thirsty. And since it's in the evening, it's also possible in summer. Took over 3 hours.

Sampling the flavour of Florence - Just back from an absolutely fantastic tour with Rhianna. We stopped at 3 different restaurants and a Gelateria, eating a course in each, so we truly did get a real taste of Florence! The Florentine Steak was to die for!! Highly recommended.

Find the hidden gems! - This tour left us full of knowledge and food. Cassidy was so personable and engaging. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to kick off our stay in Florence. Definitely recommend!

Food and fun - Sam was a great guide. The food was excellent especially the steak. Enjoyed the walk nothing was too far and we were able to see some of the neighborhood.

Disappointing: Make sure you get an experienced tour guide - We were very disappointed with our food tour. First, our guide, Nathan, did not have the typical Italian warmth and ability to make people feel welcomed and engaged. Nor did he seem to have any prior connections with the restaurant staff. We would also have liked to hear more history and information on the food we were eating. (He didn't even know what type of wine we were being served!) We made four stops, but were not sure how much food would be served, or what the next stop was going to be. So, at our "appetizer" stop, I had only finished half my wine glass when I found that it was time to get up an move to the next stop. Finally, (and the most disappointing) was that when dinner was done, we were still hungry! The food was gone. He never asked if we had enough to eat. I had finished my single glass of Chianti, and was never offered another glass, because the wine was gone. I think the bottom line is: The tour guide is EVERYTHING. I'm sure that the other positive reviews for this tour are merited, because they had a different tour guide. We sent an email to Viator about our horrible experience, but never heard back. Bummer.
