David is the bomb! - I did not catch the name of our guide, but she was very very good and informative. We learned so much about the history of all of the artwork which made us appreciate it so much more.

David and Accademia tour - Excellent tour. Guide was very knowledgeable and I had a private tour since it was later in the day. Fast tracked to see David but also learned about other artwork. Highly recommend!

Incredible Museum - It's Not Just David - I didn't know what to make of this trip to see a marble carving - a famous one - but we see marble carvings everywhere. Yet this turned out to be a real highlight. It is unimaginable - the perfection in the carving, the scale and the importance. This is another stop where we would say that a guide is essential - there is too much story here about everything to try to appreciate on your own. Amazing experience - and it gets very busy, so the tour lets you skip that insane line. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! - Camilla was our guide, she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the artifacts. We loved how she explained the process of making a marble carving. She gave us much more information than what we read prior to our arrival at the museum.we highly recommend this tour!

Sara Fabbri - get her as your guide!!! - Our tour guide Sara Fabbri was fabulous and was well versed in everything inside the museum as well as Florence and the history. She gave incredible recommendations around the city as well. My husband and I had a private tour with her and she was great! Thank you Sara! :)

Firenze agency to flee - The manager of the agency is simply unfriendly and extremely poorly organized. We had to go to the agency at 9 a.m., but the employees were unable to give us the tickets in his absence. She was arguing with all the customers present, without letting us speak. Finally, at 9:27 a.m., she released us into the office gallery, without tickets and without audio guides! You might as well go it alone or take another agency! The gallery is full of masterpieces, but without an audio guide, it's incomplete.

Slow Tours Tuscany IS A SCAM. - Slow Tours Tuscany is a SCAM. I booked through Turbopass Florence and when we showed up to collect our tickets at the museo, the guy asked us for more money and refused to give us the tickets we had already paid for... DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. I have the receipts and booking confirmation for proof. The Sporco Stronzo tried to shake us down for extra cash. Do yourself a favor and avoid Turbopass and Slow Tours Tuscany. Book anywhere else and avoid this BS. Follow up: Polizia acknowledge Slow Tours Tuscany uses con men to shake down prebooked customers for more money in cash. Get your tickets printed and given to you in advance, avoid Slow Tours Tuscany...book through the museo or a legitimate company. Do not use Turbopass.

Don’t book with this company!!!!!!!! - We got cancelled 4 days before our scheduled visit! Even though I had the CONFIRMED visit to The Academia in Florence. We’ll. Wasn’t that special? NOT! By the time Tripadvisor let me know they cancelled our tour/skip the lines tour, trying to get tickets was impossible.
