When in Florence, be sure to spare a day for a trip to the picturesque, culinary heaven of rural Tuscany. With this intimate group excursion, explore the beautifully maintained medieval town of Siena, where a striking cathedral and the renowned Palio horse race reside. Please your palate with a seasonal lunch and samples of wine at a local family farm in the Chianti region, and meander through the fairy-tale-like lanes of the UNESCO-designated hamlet San Gimignano. The group cap is 14 to ensure a tailored experience.
- We are unable to accommodate guests with mobility limitations, wheelchairs, or strollers on this tour.
- In order to get into the city center, we utilize small luxury minivans. This allows us to avoid the parking lots outside of the center requiring us to walk. Your guide may need to split time between vehicles on groups larger than 8.
- Those with dietary restrictions need to contact us after booking the tour so we can arrange your lunch.
- If you are traveling with a small child, please contact us. We need to confirm space on the vehicle for them.

We meet by the Carousel in Piazza della Repubblica. Piazza della Repubblica is one of the main squares in the historical centre of Florence. In the middle of the square you will see a Carousel. We meet just by the Carousel, next to the ticket booth. Your guide will be holding a Walks sign.

Amazing day in Tuscany. - It was an amazing day. Loved the visit to the winery, also Siena and San Gimignano were towns we not have been able to visit without a car so this tour was a perfect choice. The fact that they use small vans helps you get around more quickly and efficiently. The lunch was terrific and the wines delicious. All around amazing day out in Tuscany.

Great small group way to see Tuscany - We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion. It was a small group of 14 which made it manageable and easy to get around. We got a lot of information from our tour guide and found the various sites to be beautiful and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the wine tasting, and we're surprised at the pairings with food that were offered. We loved having the opportunity to purchase some of our favorites to have them shipped home as well.

Easy way to see Tuscan countryside! - The trip was so much fun! I loved seeing the country side of Italy, and learning about all of the small towns. The winery experience was incredible! I only wish we would have had a little more time in each town to explore. Giada our guide was fantastic, and our drivers were excellent!

Great day trip - Took this tour with my daughter. Great places to visit! Interesting history. - wish there would have been a bit more guiding / info regarding the history and churches.
Absolutely loved the wine and food tasting. -beautiful vineyard and great hosts!
Our group was in 2 separate vans with 1 guide in only one of the vans. Not sure how informative that van was, but in our van the bus driver didn’t explain anything ( other than the US cementsry). Wish there would have been a bit more interaction.
Other than that, it was a wonderful day and we enjoyed it a lot! We would definitely do it again!

Highly recommend - Our guide, Nabalse, was terrific. He was very engaged and continually narrated our surroundings. You have a much greater appreciation for what you are seeing when someone knowledgeable explains the history behind it. Our favorite part was going to the winery, having the beautiful lunch and seeing how things are done. This was the highlight of our trip to Florence.

Beautiful scenery & great food - Amazing trip, Siena was beautiful and lunch was amazing. Wish we had a bit more time in each town to fully explore but our guide Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially enjoyed that we were a small group. Would recommend!

A full day of food, wine, fun, and history...so worth it! - Our tour guide, Ischmal, was very knowledgable, organized, and pleasant to be with. It was relaxed, but he kept us moving along so we wouldn't miss anything. He also let us have a little time on our own to explore and purchase a few things in Siena and San Gimignano. The group was a little large (16) but we really enjoyed everyone in the group. It was a very full and beautiful day and a great way to spend my birthday!
