Amazing views - The Duomo is an amazing cathedral and definitely worth visiting. The art work is breathtaking. I am not sure how they built this beautiful attraction over 500 plus years ago. This is a must see if in Florence. We walked past many times while in Florence and each time something new would appear.

Make sure you buy the right tickets - We thought we paid for an audio guided tour. Instead we showed up at our meeting location and were handed tickets. They guy turned around and walked off. I do take 1/2 the blame but he was no help with what and where we could use our tickets.

Not profitable - finally not that profitable. We find cheaper or for the same Award (so no discount). 15 euros for the museum and the baptistery. The cathedral is free. Award is 30 euros per person so no adventure. The advantage is the simplicity of not having to wait to buy tickets.

Average - I found it hard to locate the Viator official to receive my ticket. You need to be more conspicuous especially when it is so crowded . When I did finally find him he sent me to the line that went in the tower not the Duomo! The instructions re where to locate the museum was also hard to interpret. The paper ticket worked well & allowed entrance to all areas with no problem.

Bait and seitch - This is not a skip the line nor is this a guided tour. It was confusing on where to meet (different from description vs voucher. This is Viator buying the tickets for you so you can skip the line to buy tickets. Then waited in line for Duomo. Duomo was beautiful and area under Duomo was cool. Duomo museum also had original Duomo bronze doors, gorgeous.

Terrible choice to buy this ticket from Viator. - The skip the line ticket was not actually a skip the line ticket. Save your money, folks, and buy your own ticket. Do not buy through a tour company.
