Tons of fun, great views, steep climb! - Enjoyable one of a kind experience at the Duomo! Our family has endured the climb and enjoyed breathtaking views. Duomo up close is as stunning as it is from the distance. Our guide, Francesca, was knowledgeable, funny and passionate about the city and its historic and artistic legacy. A must do when you’re in town.

Duomo Climb - Guide was Tour company (Fat Tire) was excellent as well as tour guide. Easy to find meeting location. Guide did a great job explaining . If you are planning to do the climb highly recommend the 9:00 am tour. Less crowd made walk easier and viewing better.

Exceeded my expectations - This tour exceeded my expectations. The meeting point was easy to find. Our guide was fantastic; she was friendly and very knowledgeable (and even gave good advice about local dining options). We began with the museum tour which gave an excellent overview of the culture and artifacts. The views inside and outside were amazing. I particularly enjoyed the dome climb which felt like a behind the scenes tour.

Worth the Climb! - Meeting point is a few blocks from Duomo which makes it easy to find guide. While the museum and church are beautiful, the real value of this ticket is to skip the climb line. The climb is not too terrible for the average person, but do not recommend for elderly/leg issues. There is a place for those who do not want to climb to sit. Views are amazing!

Great tour and spectacular views of Florence. - I thought this included a tour of the Duomo and Baptistry, but no it includes a Duomo museum tour and then entering a different door of Duomo to climb the dome. However, you do get to view most of the church from the line (not walk around). Our tour included a walk out to terrace on lift side of the church walls prior to climbing the dome. The tour was quite informative and I enjoyed the museum more than I thought. We were the last tour of the day, which was GREAT! Essentially, we had the terrace and dome to ourselves. Plus as getting to late afternoon the photos from the lantern (top of dome) were beautiful.

If you want to climb the Duomo, book this tour - Great tour to get the “big” items done in Florence —the skip the line and personal escort up the climb was invaluable. Sophie did a nice job highlighting and educating our group.

great except, needs better headsets and microphone!! - the tour was great. good size. interesting things to see and do. tour guide was excellent; england pleasant, but the ear speakers made it very difficult to hear and understand her. too loud then to quiet, quite often static noise, when it worked well it is still barely ok. tour was great, but need better sound system.

Not so great. - Climbing the Duomo was best part. The guide could have been more informative and shown us more in the museum. Couldn’t hear guide because he kept moving his microphone around with his hands.
