Piazza di Santa Maria Novella - We’ll meet in Piazza Santa Maria Novella, at the benches in the middle of the square. Here I’ll give you the cameras, the films and I’ll show you how to use them.
San Lorenzo - Dive straight into the vibrant atmosphere of San Lorenzo to get started with a street life shot!
Piazza del Duomo - I’ll bring you to capture the major sight from a unique angle and tell you a little secret of it!

Piazza della Repubblica - You’ll capture the romantic atmosphere of the “living room of Florence”.
Piazza della Signoria - Spot the best angle, among horse carriages and Fontana del Nettuno, to capture a timeless scene of Florence
Ponte Vecchio - Capture the iconic bridge and learn many peculiar stories about it.
Oltrarno - Get into the heart of Santo Spirito neighborhood, discovering little jewels like Piazza della Passera and a very hidden terrace with an unique view on the river
Piazza Della Passera - Time for a tasty break! I’ll offer you a deliciuos artisanal gelato in a lovely location
Piazza Santo Spirito - Enjoy the true local atmosphere of Piazza Santo Spirito, the ending point of the Tour, and check out your unique photo souvenirs!

Additional Information

Join us on a unique photo adventure as we traverse Florence, especially curated for families with children.

Each of you will be handed a Vintage Polaroid camera with a film pack for use during the expedition. You’ll learn the mechanics of operating the camera, and once that’s done, we begin our Polaroid expedition!

We will tour the heart of the city and meander through the hidden cobblestone alleys, discovering secluded plazas and photograph-worthy locations. As we journey, I’ll share helpful pointers to help you capture stunning Polaroids. Plus, you’ll learn intriguing and amusing stories about the sites we encounter to inspire your photography.

For your younger ones, we have vibrant balloons and soap bubbles to use as fun props for their shots. We’ll even treat everyone to homemade ice cream!
This Polaroid Tour is crafted to provide your family with an enjoyable and imaginative outing, keeping both grown-ups and youngsters engaged. You’ll depart with tangible Polaroid keepsakes of your experience.

Great experience with my family of four. - My family of four including two teenagers loved this tour. Francesco was able to keep my teens engaged throughout the entire task which is not an easy task. Would highly recommend this tour for everyone.

Fun experience! - We had a great time with Francesco! He was patient and engaging with my family, especially my 8 year old daughter. He is very knowledgeable and was always trying to help us find the best lighting and angles. This tour was a fun way to see different parts of central Florence.

Brilliant and fun! - Loved it! If you want to learn about Florence, take some great photos, and have some fun with a smart, local guide, Francesco is fantastic! Our family enjoyed the afternoon and seeing the photos afterwards are a treasure! He helped our kiddos take the photos that will make a memory through their unique lenses. 100% recommend and would do again.

Lovely way to experience Florence - Had an absolutely lovely afternoon with Francesco. He’s so knowledgeable about the cameras but aside from that it was a great informal way to see some of the highlights of Florence and understand a bit more about what it’s like living in the city. The tour took us from the station area, around the cathedral, the piazza, the bridge with lots of back alley ways away from the crowds so there were lots of opportunities to take in quieter parts of town. He was very patient with his teaching letting us all develop at our own pace and offered advice on angles etc. great tour. Don’t miss it!

Forever Treasures - Not only was he so incredibly kind, he was so patient with our son who was only 3 at the time. He has a wonderful eye for beautiful sites around the city and so much knowledge about the city itself. If you see something you want to take a photo of, he will help you find the perfect way to capture it forever in Polaroid. This is a special adventure and a unique way to experience Florence. Loved our tour with Francesco!

A creative way to see the city and a capture your family's visit. Fun, visual & engaging for all ages. - Repeat visitor to Florence, this was our favorite way to see it AND keep our kids engaged. So Much Fun! You will love the results of your photos - and the memories of the city that you see while touring. Francesco is a gentleman and fun guy. He reads the family and alters a tour on-the-fly to make sure everyone is having fun. If you are trying to pick just one thing to do while visiting, do this tour. You see so much, learn so much while getting the perspective of Florence's beauty from a local's view.
