Best way to know what you’re looking at - First of all our guide was fantastic. She explained how all the gorgeous buildings in Italy were made. Definitely do this tour first so you see the intricacies of all the other places you visit. The museum has displays of all the raw materials and stones that were used to decorate the buildings in Italy. It is so fascinating and gorgeous to see the work up close.
