Great trip! - Paolo and Roberto were wonderful! Roberto did a great job taking care of us and making sure everyone knew the expectations and information. This was very important when there are a lot of people to keep the tour on time. Roberto was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond giving us the tour in Lucca. He should get a raise! Highly recommend!

Roberta the tour guide is a saint! - Roberta is the best tour guide ever! We are a party of ten people, including children and elderly parents with mobility issues. It rained BUCKETS all day long, and we were cold, hungry and soaked by the time we got to Lucca. We didn’t want to take part in the second half of the walking tour, but get lunch and sit inside somewhere instead. Roberta advocated on our behalf for a lunch spot to stay open a little later so we could eat, and helped us after the tour ended with transportation. She was a lifesaver.

Good day tour! - Trip to Pisa was great, just enough time to see everything. Very beautiful to see the leaning tower and the cathedral, which was very beautiful. Luca could be better as far as tour itself. Luca is a cute town, but people really just wanted to shop and enjoy not the listen to the boring tour.

It's all about your local tour guide! But worth it to taste these 2 very different towns. - Lovely tour guide in Pisa who made this very touristy place more endearing. Sarah, our local guide was funny, responsive and very energetic. We enjoyed the first half of the day very much! In Lucca, it was also lovely, but so very different in energy and sites. Our guide, Emiliano was a bit cynical and we felt rushed through the lovely little town, with not very much time to absorb and enjoy the sites. I suppose we should have given ourselves an entire day in Lucca. The highlight was the lovely bakery we ended the tour on, wonderful treats and inviting owners.

Nice day to Pisa and Lucca - Trip was good, just enough time in Pisa and Lucca. Pass of to diff tour guides was odd and uncomfortable and a bit confusing due to English /Spanish combination. Suggest English only if picking similar tour

Good, but parts too quick - Roberta was talented, speaking 3 different languages! Our driver was great too. In Pisa, our local tour guide was personable and knowledgeable. She made the tour even more enjoyable. Don’t bother getting lunch. Grab a sandwich for the bus. We didn’t have time to climb the wall or explore because it was cold and we grabbed a warm lunch. Also, in Luca, our tour guide was knowledgable but the tour seemed extremely rushed. She pointed out beautiful things to see but by the time we saw what she was talking about, she was talking about something else. It was hard to follow her. She walked extremely fast and lost 2 in the crowds. I’m Also, Luca was adorable and we would have liked a bit more time to explore. We didn’t even have time to make it back to the flower market because it was so crowded and our time was short.
