Great tour guide, especially food and crafts - We were a group of 4, with interests in both food and crafts, so Alessandra was the perfect guide for us ! She was flexible with arrangements so we adapted the food tour to accommodate our other interests. Communication was extremely easy while we were planning, and the meet up was easy too. Alessandra took us to see a silk factory, a demonstration of paper marbling, a goldsmiths and others as well as finding time for food tastes in a tiny bar and a trip to a food market. It was a very memorable and enjoyable day. Thanks Alessandra x

Don’t skip this tour! - The rain didn’t stop us and we had an excellent time!!! Fantastic food options. Some names I recognized and some were completely new to me… We even got some recommendation that we plan on going back too as we are here for a few more days. There was also a few local history lessons about the wine windows, Dante, and the Medici family!

La Dolce Vita - Five of our six travelers had been to Florence before so this was nice way to experience other Florence neighborhoods and taste foods from non touristy spots. We had more than enough food and drinks to not need to stop for lunch afterward. Gianni was an excellent guide and we had a variety of tastings from sweets to steak!

Extremely knowledgeable of anything we asked, she went above and beyond to make our experience the absolute best.. we got to see so much of the city we probably wouldn't have had we not done this.. all the food and wine we tasted was delicious and all the vendors we visited we lovely too... Not recommended - the tours was fine. Christy introduced us the local food by going thru the local markets and local eateries. The only thing thar puzzled us was that we bought 10 tastings. We only stopped at 6 stations. Christy explained to us that each item we tasted count as one tasting. For example: we had 3 diff flavors of small bite sizes of Biscuit, she said that sould be counted as 3 tastings. With the.money we paid, it did not make sense, nor provided a fair CP value. Not sure if that's the case in all 10 tastings adventures? Also wonder what would the 6 tastings case be? On top of that, we were taken to a Olive Oil/Balsamic vinegar shop, shop provided us bread piece to taste their oil and vinegar. That was counted as one stop. The bread/olive oil/vinegar should be that store's promotion, not counted as this bought Viator event.

I’m telling everyone about this - You never showed up . You really have a lot a nerve. We were there waiting and you notified us that you cancelled this tour a half late. How stupid you’re asking this and by the way you still have my money.
