Kings of comedy. And pizza/gelato - If you’re thinking about taking a pizza and gelato-making class, let me set the scene: Max, Tomás, and a guy who looks like Pau Gasol (but isn’t quite as tall) guiding you through a culinary adventure that’s as hilarious as it is delicious. Max, the gelato guru, is like that one friend who knows exactly how to make everything from scratch but makes it look so easy that you almost believe you can do it too. He walked us through the gelato-making process with the kind of enthusiasm usually reserved for kids in a candy store. And honestly, by the end of it, we all felt like we had just invented ice cream. (Don’t call it ice cream). Meanwhile, Tomás and "Not-Pau" handled the pizza part of the class. These two? A dynamic duo of dough. Tomás has this way of explaining pizza-making that makes you feel like you’re learning the secrets of the universe. And "Not-Pau" has the skills of a seasoned pizzaiolo with the comic timing of someone who knows how to keep you laughing even when you almost accidentally toss your pizza on the ground. Together, they kept us engaged, entertained, and—most importantly—well-fed. Whether it was Max’s gelato tips or Tomás and "Not-Pau’s" pizza banter, the class was a perfect blend of humor and hands-on learning. And while none of us left the class ready to open our own pizzeria, we definitely walked away with a new appreciation for what goes into making the perfect pizza and gelato. So if you’re in the mood for a fun, interactive class where you’ll laugh as much as you’ll learn, sign up with Max, Tomás, and the guy who might not be Pau Gasol, but is definitely someone you’ll remember. Oh, and wine. Wine good.

Must go on this tour! - Beautiful views! Our hosts were excellent. Claudia made gelato making fun and easy. Our pizza chefs were hilarious. The food couldn’t have been better. There was also plenty of Chianti Classico wine and other beverages. You get to try 8+ flavors of gelato with recommended toppings. The views during the class are breathtaking. Highly recommend. Also transport on a fancy bus takes about 15 min. Couldn’t have been better.

Awesome family experience and amazing food! - Amazing experience! The farm venue was a short bus ride out of the city, but the peaceful garden and spectacular views were like being in another world. I appreciated the chefs' instructions and the pace of the whole class was perfect. It was an outstanding family day, a very memorable afternoon in the tuscan hills!

A fun and entertaining class in a beautiful Tuscan setting! - This was the highlight of the Firenze part of our trip. First off, the setting, landscape and view from this amazing property was just out of a movie! Secondly, our teachers: Arla, Tiziano and Chris were so fun to watch and learn from. They were funny and personable which made the evening so entertaining. We were there with our two boys (9 and 11). The teachers made a point to include them in demos and such which made it even more special for them. It was a great night. I highly recommend this activity. It’s worth the money!

Highlight of our trip! - Our family, including children ages 7, 9, 12, and 13, loved everything about this class! The villa was spectacular. The food was fresh from the gardens on site and was the most delicious we had on our whole trip! Our chefs Chris, Arla, and Titiano were so funny and entertaining while providing excellent instruction for the food prep. We had so much fun making both courses that I didn't want the experience to end. The initial guide, Tony, was also wonderful escorting us to the villa. Overall it was an incredible and very special evening.
