Fantastic Florence Bus Tour - So far one of my most fun experiences of Italy. I enjoyed seeing so much in just one day without having to worry about directions or plan things myself. Sara was a great guide and knew about all the places we went to. She spoke great English and Spanish. The wine tasting and lunch was beautiful and very tasteful.

Lovely day in Tuscany thanks to Sara and Luca! - This tour was lovely, it was a very well planned day with a very sweet tour guide, Sara. We had a lovely time exploring and were directed to the best places in each location for an authentic experience. Our drive was smooth throughout the experience and our bus driver Luca ensured we all had a pleasant and cool ride in the blistering heat. (It was also safe to leave our belongings on the bus which we gladly did) Thank you Sara and Luca for a fabulous day in Tuscany!

Sara was an incredible guide - Sara was a wonderful guide as went took a day trip through Tuscany. The only downside is that with so many places to visit in a short period, didn’t have too much time to explore the various cities. Saw the main attractions, was able to walk around the city squares, received a guided tour of Siena, and got lunch at a beautiful winery. The food and wine were amazing and they even give you a discount from the online prices if you buy the wine directly at the winery. Again, Sara was amazing. The drive at times can be a little intimidating.

The actual experience was... - The actual experience was great. Going to the 3 different places on the tour I would recommend. The experience from the tour guide, is my dislike. On your web cite you should explain that no food or drinks allowed on bus. Her communication skills could improve. Maybe lost on translation, she sound angry and ready to blow if you at all ask her anything.

Can be better - Beautiful cities but it’s too much for a day trip , it’s tiring and it’s all rush rush to take you around by tour guide that you don’t enjoy the day. The bus can’t drop you off near the meeting point and area to visit. You have to walk at least 15 -20minutes to get to destination and 15-20 minutes to get back to the bus. There is lots of wasted time. Tour guide is almost running and doesn’t wait for the group to catch up. She doesn’t even look back to see if you are there or lost. Also when you book doesn’t tell you your tour guide will speak multi language and mostly Spanish and very short explanation in English with hard accent that’s impossible to understand. In general the scenery was great but as a whole awful tour.

Long day but beautiful countryside!! - Siena And San Gimignano were beautiful. The winery was fun and delicious. Wish we had more time at the winery. We did purchase their wine and balsamic vinaigrette. Our only complaint was the tour ‘guide’ wasn’t very personable and didn’t explain clearly esp when we got to Pisa.

Left Behind - The hike up to the hill was on hot day, I got dehydrated, heat exhaustion, was disoriented, called the emergency number on my group sticker and there was no answer, and I was left behind. Group leader spoke english ok, but was not understandable over the bus pa system. At the lunch I was seated with goup of Italians that talked together when the winery rep spoke English so I could not hear him.
