5 stars for the service - Friendly, knowledgeable, and timely driver. My family and I went from Flores to Tikal starting at 5 am. The van was in excellent condition with great AC.

highly recommended for families or small groups looking for flexibilty - Highly recommended for family or small groups. It was a brand new van. Elmer and Sergio were very professional, courteous and prompt in communication. They pick you up from flores or your hotel and take you to Tikal. You have to buy your own tickets at park (expect a line/delay) or online earlier (recommended). You can opt for a guide at the park (extra cost). Sergio acted as our guide as well. He is a licensed guide, proficient in spanish, can converse in English as well. Things to keep in mind. Park entry fee and guide services are not included( as stated in viator) as part of this tour. We asked Sergio to take us for a late lunch on our way back and he obliged as well.

Amazing guide and trip - The tour was simply fantastic. We left early to get ahead of the busy crowds. The van was new and very clean. Elmer our guide was one of the best I have ever experienced. He had great knowledge and was very accommodating. This trip had been a bucket list event for me for several year. It simply couldn't have gone better. Tikal is simply magnificent!!!

Very Worth Booking a Private Tour Guide - So happy we went with this private tour instead of a group tour. We were able to decide the time our driver picked us up and he was able to come right to our hotel. He then stayed at the park while we explored and was right there when we were ready to go home. Most tour groups are an 8+ hour commitment. We only stayed in the park for 3 hours which is why we were so happy we used a private tour guide who was on our schedule. He was very nice and helpful in gaining access into the park.

Fidias and Elmer made our trip to Tikal spectacular, comfortable, and worry free! - My friend and I are so happy we booked this service. Elmer and Fidias were super easy to communicate with via WhatsApp leading up to our trip to Tikal. It was flexible so we could communicate our hotel location and pick-up times closer to our actual day at the park and even make changes. They were always quick to respond. Fidias was our driver and was really kind, patient, and considerate. We left Flores around 7:30 am and hadn't eaten and he took us to a spot to eat a delicious breakfast that provided us with the much-needed energy to get us through the day! For the price and convenience of their shuttle service and hospitality, it was more than worth it. Tikal is definitely a must-see and anything to make that trip more comfortable like booking transport with Elmer and Fidias is highly recommended!

Tikal private car - Great service. Picked me up from my hotel and took me to Tikal, pointing out various other places during the journey. Helped with the ticket buying and stopped to allow me to buy some drinks for when I was at Tikal. When we got to Tikal’s entrance he showed me where all the facilities were, then left me to explore on my own. We had agreed on the time that we would leave, and when I got back he was waiting at the car. The best thing about having a private car is that you can arrive and leave at different times to the tourist groups. I stayed until late, and after about 3pm there was hardly anyone there!
