Cute little tour of Fort de France - Meeting our guide Regine (if I spelled it right) as soon as we got out of the dock was very convenient. She was patient, nice, knowledgeable and was not in a hurry at all. She allowed us to take as much pictures, videos and shopping time. She was very flexible with itinerary.

Great! - Great Tour! We were able to see a great deal of the island such as the library and shopping centers.

Electric Buggy Tour - what a great way to be shown around the centre of Martinique. We were taken to the Fort the beach and into the town zig zagging through the little streets. We also visited an old theatre and a church. The last stop was a local market which was bustling. This tour only lasts a couple of hours but its fun. To get to the meeting place cross the bridge, leave the port and its near the pathway that leads to security for the shops.

Still no refund or communication - Waiting for refund 6 weeks after the buggy company being unable to accept our booking due to them using all the buggys for another booking Contacted company, Trip Advisor and Viator and still awaiting refund.

No Buggy available and still waiting on refund 3 weeks later! - Arrived at 10am to get buggy and all the buggies had been booked by cruise ship. We were asked to come back at 11am. Returned at 11am and waited til 11:50am and no buggies turned up. Contacted Company and requested refund, still waiting on any response. So disappointing. Don’t sell tickets if you have no availability.

Disappointed - Make Sure you know where to pickup tour Waited over an hour at Google location and no one show up . Very disappointed
