Worth the money! - My husband and I took our 3 teenage children on the dinner cruise while vacationing in Fort Lauderdale. Boarding was smooth, the trip to the island was interesting, as you get to see the beautiful houses and yachts along the way. The Captain did a great job of telling us what we were looking at. When we got to the island, there was quick & easy seating. Restrooms were clean and easily accessible. There was plenty of food (chicken strips, BBQ ribs, fries, coleslaw, and cornbread). The show was entertaining and the trip back was relaxing. Here's a tip - get there an hour early for easy parking and prime seat selection. Our cruise left at 6pm, we arrived about 5:15pm and the top-level was mostly full. We got 5 front seats together on the lower level, but people who were arriving later had to search for seats together. Enjoy!

Great family outing - Great thing to do with a family, especially young kids. The tour guide was great and very knowledgeable of Fort Lauderdale and all the mansions and yachts we saw along the way. Island was really neat and food was good for what it was.

Worth it. - Great entertainment and well coordinated. We all had a good and memorable experience. My only complaint was that they automatically add 15 percent gratuity to every transaction without being up front about it. So if you are buying ice cream for the kids, or a drink at the bar, 15% percent gratuity is already tacked on and you still get the screen to add more.

Chill Cruise - This is really a nice relaxing and enjoyable tour cruise. Justin was fantastic and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the history of Fort Lauderdale. The Captain was excellent-smooth sailing. Trey, the bartender was pleasant as well; serving up drinks and Gatorade (I was a touch dehydrated) with a smile. The island was nice, lots of history noted. Animals were there and relaxing in the evening. We enjoyed the show and appreciated the crowd participation. We were able to snag some chairs in the back row vs. sit on the benches. Island and dining staff were all pleasant , courteous and helpful. The singer at dinner gave a us some soulful vibes. However, the food. The tenders were dry and over cooked. Ribs ok but a little bland- bbq sauce and n the table helped a little. Fries were ok, but if you wanted a drink other than water, soda or tea- that’s extra. I read other reviews and saw they used to offer wings and legs. I think this would be better to add with the tenders. I also feel soft drinks and tea should be included with the lunch/dinner. Overall we would do this again but just the sight-seeing tour. With snacks and drinks on the bar.

I would do it again but it’s lacking to recommend it to others. - The narrated cruise was nice. The experience as a whole was pleasant cause we were with family but the BBQ was not as expected.

Nice evening but different from last time - We went on the Jungle Queen recently for our third time in as many years and had a good time. The boat ride to the "Island" was fun with commentary on the mansions and yachts we passed. They've updated the grounds which look really nice but the seat benches are still uncomfortable to sit on. The menu has changed with chicken strips now instead of wings, legs, etc. but I still enjoyed it. (I know every restaurant is trying to save $). The wait staff was great. The show was cute and consisted of just Hawaiian dancers. I do remember having more fun watching the show last time I was here because there were different types of acts that had a lot of audience participation in addition to the dancers. Maybe they were off that night. They do have extras you can order like ice cream and cocktails. (a bit pricey). The ride back was fun. We paid for parking on the boat, $13. Overall it was a nice evening out despite the heat and price point.

Horrible experience and false advertising - Took family for all you can eat and spent 280$ for a total of 3 chicken tenders and half a rack of ribs to split between 4 people. Server never came to table I complained to management and they offered alcohol and ice cream don’t drink so went to get free ice cream for kids and ice cream was out of service two of us didn’t eat because they never got there chicken and they don’t eat pork. The two of us that did eat the pork ribs ended up with diarrhea and for me I was throwing up and diarrhea the next morning. Tried calling jungle queen next morning and no pick up and voicemail full
