Additional Information

Get set for an ocean-going escapade on our entirely immersive, family-oriented, 1-Hour Pirate Adventure Cruise (please check in 30 minutes before departure) sailing the Intracoastal Waterway of Fort Lauderdale that provides entertainment for all ages! Our crew greets you with optional pirate ‘tattoos’ (via face painting) and tutorials in pirate lingo. You’re welcome to dress the little ones in pirate costumes to enhance the enjoyment! Deploy water cannons to fend off the pirate miscreant ‘Barnacle Bill’ whilst hunting for submerged treasure.

Journey along the Atlantic coastline of Florida, taking in the vista of luxurious residences and yachts in this buccaneer’s haven. At the conclusion of the cruise, all kids will be awarded with an official Pirate Certificate and a Treasure Bag.

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • Restrooms available on board
  • We have a ramp to our dock that provides easy access to our boat for all guests. However, we are unable to accommodate any motorized scooters or chairs while on the boat. We ask that guests please bring non-motorized equipment for the journey itself.
  • You are more than welcome to bring your own drinks on any trip, but we ask that food be kept to minimal light snacks. The little pirates are going to be fully engaged on their quest for treasure anyway so food is best served off the ship.
  • During our adventure, we learn to fire real water cannons! Those cannons come in handy when we encounter that mean Barnacle Bill. Barnacle Bill is not a defenseless pirate and will fire back with his own water gun. Kids and adults who engage in the battle or stand in the battle zone (where the cannons are located) should expect to get sprayed. If you do not wish to be sprayed, please take shelter near the captain or in the bow (front) of the ship.
  • IMPORTANT: Please arrive 30 minutes before your voyage is scheduled to depart for getting kids face painted and dressed up
  • You can park right by our boat in the Bahia Mar Hotel and Marina self-parking area (paid parking).

Great experience for the whole family - As others have said, this is a great family event during your trip to Ft. Lauderdale. We had captain Crawfish and Redbeard who were both awesome and kept the kids attention. My kids (9 & 5) were both apprehensive at first but by the end they had big smiles and said how much they enjoyed themselves. We got a Groupon which saved some money. We were asked to arrive 30 mins early, Florida in June is HOT but they had a covered area where the pirates were giving temporary tattoos or you were welcome to go to the hotel lobby next door for refreshments or bathroom breaks while you waited. As far the Pirate cruise itself, it was fun and (obviously) family friendly and even the parents could be as engaged as you'd want to be or you could look at the massive houses and yachts that we passed. Wouldn't hesitate to do this again on our next trip to Fort Lauderdale if my kids wanted to go.

Cool kids pirate ship - This was super cool. My only suggestion is adding some more water guns for the adults. There was also temporary tattoos and cool pirate stuff like swords and hats.

What a great adventure!!! - Captain Crawfish, Ness and that peaky pirate who threw the treasure chest key in the deep blue sea were all AWESOME!!!! I only wish Captain Crawfish would have mentioned making up beds & cleaning rooms in the little pirates oath😁😁😁😁

Great cruise for kids - Very memorable experience. The crew was awesome and very creative. The kids had a blast! I went on the cruise with my two boys - 6 and 13. I was skeptical that my 13 year old will have fun. But the crew engaged him all through the tour and he also had a blast!
