A fun way to experience the island’s culture is to immerse yourself in this mixology class with a local expert! Shane is a Barbadian with a passion for mixology, science and travel. Shane made mixology a career after being offered an opportunity to bartend to aid in college payments. Since then, he made his way to the international stage where he is known for the flavors he creates with his well-balanced cocktails. Shane is a bar consultant and travels to experience different cultures and spirits from around the world. He looks forward to sharing the tricks to rum cocktail-making that he has picked up over the years while introducing you to the flavors and spirits of Barbados during this 1.5 hour private mixology class and rum distillery tour.

• Shane is flexible on timing and can host between 10-4:30pm so feel free to customize your timing with him after you book if the 1pm or 3pm time slots don’t work for you.
