You will find yourself walking among our olive trees as workers gather the fruits, before arriving at the mill to observe the transformation of olives into oil up close.

Very welcome, interesting visit - Frederica gave us a wonderful visit, and explained how the process of making olive oil works. We have “adopted” a tree, which means we will receive the oil it produces every year! Thanks also to the property owner for his welcome. Pauline & Guillaume

Very informative and wonderful experience - highly recommended! - We had a wonderful time and intimate feeling experience and really enjoyed our time visiting Terra Surti. The guide was welcoming and highly engaged and passionate about her job and sharing her knowledge - we both learned a lot!! Would highly recommend the visit to others.

Special - Wonderful, intimate experience with close contact to the trees and oil milling process, regardless of the season. Our tour guide was competent and good at answering our many questions. Id love to support this third generation family business that still uses manual harvesting. I enjoyed the stories of how they provide milling services to all the local private families who own a few olive trees each harvest season. It was an authentic and genuine experience. Thank you!

Great for olive oil lovers! - Great tour of the olive grove and the mill, very well explained by our guide Federica. Then followed by a fun virtual experience of the process and a delicious tasting of olive oil and local treats.

Great learning and olive oil tasting experience - Started the visit on the olive grove, where our great guide Federica took the time to explain the history of the business, the way the trees are treated, the harvest, the different types of olives used in the oil.
Then back to the mill to see the press process and then a fun virtual reality view of the land and the processing of EVOO, followed by a well-explained tasting of the oil and some local food (bruschettas with different spreads, salami and cheese from local farms, and of course olives).

Olive oil tasting and tour - Thanks to Fancesca and team at Terra Surti for an excellent tour and tasting experience. You really feel the family run character of the business. Everyone super friendly and accommodating.
The olive oil is absolutely top quality. The tasting included a fun VR video. All the products presented were great. A highlight of our visit to Sicily.
