Arrive in Agra by 6:00 p.m. and check into your hotel for an overnight stay.

Agra - Delhi

Taj Mahal - Early in the morning at 6:00 a.m., we will take you to visit the world-famous Taj Mahal, built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Take your time to admire one of the most majestic and beautiful buildings in the world.

Agra Fort - Return to the hotel for breakfast, and after breakfast, check out from the hotel. Visit Agra Fort and take a city tour of Agra. After lunch, drive to Delhi, arriving by 6:00 p.m.

Delhi

Friday Mosque (Jama Masjid) - The Jama Masjid of Delhi, also known as Masjid-i-Jehan-Numa, is one of the largest mosques in India. Built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan between 1644 and 1656, it was inaugurated by its first Imam, Syed Abdul Ghafoor Shah Bukhari. Located in the Mughal capital of Shahjahanabad (now Old Delhi), it served as the imperial mosque of the Mughal emperors until the empire’s decline in 1857. The Jama Masjid symbolized Islamic power in India well into the colonial era and played a significant role during key periods of British rule. It remains an active mosque and is one of Delhi’s most iconic sites, closely associated with the ethos of Old Delhi.

Humayun’s Tomb - Humayun’s Tomb (Persian: Maqbara-i Humayun) is the tomb of the Mughal emperor Humayun, located in Delhi, India. Commissioned by Humayun’s first wife and chief consort, Empress Bega Begum, in 1558, it was designed by Persian architects Mirak Mirza Ghiyas and his son, Sayyid Muhammad. It was the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent and is situated in Nizamuddin East, Delhi, near the Dina-panah Citadel, also known as Purana Qila (Old Fort).

Lotus Temple - The Lotus Temple is a Baháʼí House of Worship located in New Delhi, India. Completed in December 1986, it is notable for its lotus-like shape and has become a prominent attraction in the city. Like all Bahá’í Houses of Worship, the Lotus Temple is open to all, regardless of religion or any other qualification. The building features 27 free-standing marble-clad “petals” arranged in clusters of three to form nine sides, with nine doors opening onto a central hall that is over 34 meters high and can accommodate 1,300 people. The Lotus Temple has received numerous architectural awards and has been featured in many newspapers and magazines.

India Gate - The India Gate, formerly known as the All India War Memorial, is a war memorial located near the Rajpath (now called Kartavya Path) on the eastern edge of New Delhi’s ceremonial axis. It commemorates the 74,187 soldiers of the Indian Army who died between 1914 and 1921 during World War I in various locations, including France, Flanders, Mesopotamia, Persia, East Africa, Gallipoli, and elsewhere in the Near and Far East, as well as the Third Anglo-Afghan War.

Qutub Minar - The Qutub Minar, also spelled Qutb Minar, Qutab Minar, or Qutb Minar, is a minaret and “victory tower” that is part of the Qutb complex, located at the site of Delhi’s oldest fortified city, Lal Kot, founded by the Tomar Rajputs. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Mehrauli area of South Delhi, India. Mostly built between 1199 and 1220, the tower has 399 steps and is one of the most visited tourist spots in the city.

My Taj Mahal experience was Really Outstanding - Taj Mahal located in the city of Agra is a beautiful monument and it is one of the UNESCO heritage site. It has a stunning architecture and the most beautiful building complex I've visited so far. I also like the history behind this mesmerizing site. Though everything seems beautiful but the river behind it is dirty and not maintained properly. This building complex is located exactly near the slums and gives a very bad impression. There are not so good Hotels/Accommodation in the vicinity of this complex. Safety is a concern here. Overall, a very good experience visiting one of the most beautiful wonders of this world…

Golden triangle with a lot of amazing memories. - Excellent driver in Wasim. Hotels were really good and guide in Taj Mahal and Agra was superb. Guides in Rhantambore couldn’t speak English more than a couple of words so the safari was a disappointment. Overall a good arrangement and we’re really happy with almost everything.
