Great Experience - Michio was an incredible guide! He took us to 5th station, the Mt. Fuji cultural center, and a sake tasting and was very helpful throughout the entire experience. He provided both great conversation in english and was also able to communicate our needs in japanese to local staff in order to create the best experience possible. When we missed our bus and it started pouring rain, he called the company to get a ride for us. Overall, it was a great tour and I would definitely recommend.

Excellent tour, friendly and thoughtful guide - Excellent tour. Cindy met us at our hotel and gave great advice about which locations would work best for us. We visited the Chureito Pagoda and springs at Oshino, both of which were beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience with Yoshii K. - Yoshii Kenichi was an excellent guide! He gave us many options for activities, gave us an excellent history of Japan, and also took us took an excellent lunch spot. He was kind and also showed us many photos of his travels during the downtimes. Also, our bus leaving the Fuji area didn't leave until 5:50pm, but our experience with Yoshii finished at 3pm. He took us to the museum and gave us some additional suggestions until our departure. Highly recommend him!

Highly recommended - We took a day trip from Tokyo and even though bus was late, Cindy was super patient. she was very kind, helpful, personable and super knowledgeable since she grew up in the area. It was a rainy day and even though we were disappointed we could not see my Fuji, she still made sure we had a great time and kept checking on us along the way. Cindy even made sure we purchased our ticket back to Tokyo and made sure we got on the bus ok. Cannot recommend her enough :)

Mt. Fuji Area - We booked the Mt.Fuji 5 Lakes area full day private trip with our guide Koba. This was an incredible day. Koba was so knowledgeable about how to get around and was able to provide a lot of flexibility for us to see everything we wanted to see. We hit all of the tour spots early and without much tour traffic because of Koba’s excellent planning. In addition, he was able to educate us on the area and provide a local’s insight which I feel was invaluable. He was also a joy to be around all day and was kind and helpful. We explored all of the places we wanted but we’re also fortunate to have such a friendly guide.
