Incredible experience, trip to the past and great views. - Incredible experience, it really felt like we had gone back to the past and the weather was incredible. It was just a shame that we didn't see Dolphins or Whales, but we did see flying fish! A hug to Gonçalo who gave us incredible explanations and suggestions!

Just do it - This turn is a highligt of a Madeira vistit. Nearly authentic and almost fully wooden replica of the Columbus ship sailing along the coast from Funchal to the "Skywalk" cliff. The trip includes dolphins-watching (if these are present that day) and bathing in the sea as well as a glass of Madeira Wine. The crew members are skilled sailors - friendly and helpfull.

Great fun trip - A very enjoyable trip, crew were excellent and knowledgeable. Seeing whales and dolphins was an added bonus. Personal preference would be for a slightly shorter round trip (it’s close to 3hrs) but this did give time for those wishing to swim to dive in. Would recommend.

Amazing family adventure - Fantastic Crew! Superb attention to detail and outstandingly friendly crew! We managed to see dolphins and the whole experience was outstandingly beautiful. Highly recommend for a family adventure! They offer one glass of Madeira wine and a piece of sugar cane honey cake (juice for the kiddies) with every tickets. There are refreshments available for purchase onboard and restroom facilities too.

Relaxing, scenic shoreline cruise - Departure from the port was seamless! The Columbus ship was very unique and a great experience. Crew was great and hospitable. As noted in previous reviews, it would be helpful to hear more about the ship and more of the coastline. Seeing dolphins was an added bonus. Dress in layers depending on weather. Ship stopped for a quick swim for those who wanted.

Great experience - It was a fun journey with beautiful views of the island. Bar on board and they stop for a swim. The boat looks authentic and there are interesting artifacts to see. I would have liked a little bit more historical information about Colombo or the life on the boat. Also if you really want to see wild animals then this experience is maybe not for you.

Sails was not opened as in the photo - Sails was not opened as in the photo. Therefore, for each unopened mast minus one star. Everything was fine, but paying 40 euros for a tour on an entourage sailing ship, you want them to be opened at least once. Therefore, you should change the photo used for marketing and return at least 30% of the tour cost.
