Excellent West Tour. - The West tour was excellent. It was well organised and the minibus was very modern and comfortable. Hugo, the driver and guide, was very friendly, humorous, and informative, explaining all about the flowers, trees, agriculture, culture, climate etc. He often made short stops on the road to show various plants, trees and animals. The main stops were all worthwhile and picturesque. Certainly to be recommended.

Brilliant “Go West” tour with an excellent guide - The “Go West” tour exceeded our expectations in all regards. Madeira East tour - The tour was excellent, comprehensive, the guide Luis was extremely kind and very informative. In addition to wild landscapes that often take your breath away, we are introduced to interesting details from the history of Madeira and everyday life, which completes the impressions and gives a broad picture of the cultural uniqueness of this fascinating island. Fantistic day tour - go West - We had a great day on the West tour. Luis our driver/guide was very knowledgable and helpful - my wife was using a wheelchair and he was always there to help, carrying the wheelchair down steps when needed. The booking process online was easy and the company responded quickly to e-mails. Thanks for a great day. We can definitely recommend both the company and the west tour.

Exceptional experience - My sister and I booked two tours with Madeira Happy Tours The booking process was easy, and their website very intuitive. Laura sent us more information by e-mail. We went on the West day tour and half-day tour in Nun's Valley. For both tours our guide was Hugo. A special thanks goes to him. Hugo was outstanding, a nice person, educated, intelligent, prepared , he showed us Madeira as we could never have seen it on our own. We are very grateful to him for sharing Madeira's history, traditions and culture with us. We recommend Madeira Happy Tours to everyone because everything was perfect and well organised.  Of course, we look forward to visiting Madeira again with them.

Great tour of the West coast - Great tour with Happy tours Madeira - we got a good deal while looking for our tour in the parade of shops selling different tours. Our driver Hugo was great, picked us up from outside our hotel. He was very informative and friendly and gave lots of facts about the island. The West tour was very enjoyable with lots of great viewpoints and stops on the way. Highly recommend. Only complaint would be on this tour we stopped at the natural pools which you can swim in - we were not told about this at time of booking! We did ask if anywhere to stop for a swim and were told no. We were really disappointed to miss out as Port Moniz we had 1.5hr stay and could have easily taken a swim and had lunch in that time. So make sure you pack costume! Would recommend this tour.
