In the course, the Cesarina will disclose trade secrets of three genuine regional recipes. Enjoy challenging your culinary abilities. Every participant will have their own workstation furnished with kitchen tools and all the necessary ingredients to prepare the recipes. Following this, enjoy the dishes you’ve created, complemented by a variety of local red and white wines.
- Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

Incredible local experience! - Simonella and her family were so gracious and welcoming! We had the best time learning how to make gnudi, pici all'aglione and tiramisu from them! The meal was absolutely delicious and we cannot wait to try to make it for friends when we're back home!
