Highlights
  • 1859 Ashton Villa - Ashton Villa\n\nThe extremely wealthy eccentric Betty Brown’s spirit is forever roaming the elegant halls of Ashton Villa. Many have seen Betty wearing a turquoise dress and carrying a fan during lavish event held at the mansion. Even death can’t keep Betty from being the life of the party…and scare the guests half to death.\n- Open Gates Conference Center - Sealy Mansion (Open Gates)\n\nJohn Sealy wanted to the best for his family so, we decided to build them the largest and most lavish house on the Island. The children play room was in the attic and had a Broadway stage. To this day the children continue to perform for anyone brave enough to witness the stage doors opening and closing by themselves. Magnolia Sealy, the head of the household is seen wandering the halls too shy to speak with visitors.

Fun Tour - Tyler was an excellent tour guide! This was my first ghost tour on the island, and I can't wait to do another one. I've been on other tours that focus on embellished, old ghost stories. I appreciate that this tour was chock full of accurate historical information and peppered with interesting tales of ghostly encounters. We had a larger group and still had plenty of time to see everything and take lots of pictures without feeling rushed. Whether you are a believer or a skeptic, if you have an interest in the paranormal and local history, this tour will not disappoint.

Fantastic, interesting and informative tour - Dave was fantastic and so enthusiastic about the stories he was telling us which were so interesting! Dave seemed very excited we were from England which was awesome! I didn’t want the tour to end and would have quite happily carried on wandering round listening to Dave all night! Tried to capture some pictures of the ghostly residents but unfortunately they didn’t want to show themselves on our night but still have some great photos to remember the stories regardless. I especially appreciated the photos that were sent during the tour it made it all the more spooky! Thank you for a great tour Dave!
