Excellent tour service. Highly recommended - Excellent tour service. Professional and punctual. Our guide, Sam was very knowledgeable and proud of his culture. He was very friendly and polite. A perfect English speaker too. Our driver, Arakel was friendly and helpful. They both made sure that we were comfortable. We had a great day sightseeing and visiting amazing places near Yerevan. My favorite place was the Symphony of Stones. It was stunning! We definitely recommended Hyur Service to anyone who would love to see beautiful Armenia.

Informative, friendly tour - My wife and I had an excellent tour with our driver, Hovsep, and our guide, Karin. (I hope I have their names correct…). They were both very courteous and Karin gave very informative overviews at each stop, especially the monasteries. The lunch was also excellent, in a lovely courtyard with plenty of food.

Touring Armenia with HAYK - I will try my best to let this review do justice to Hayk. Before I even start; I would tell anyone going to Armenia to make sure you have Hayk as your tour guide; he’s definitely a cut above the rest and you will never regret it; his exquisite & passionate knowledge of Armenia was like living in a “History of Armenia” documentary; he left no stone unturned in explaining the sites we visited; it was like getting our own personal history lesson on Armenia (with a touch of humor 😊 ), we learnt so many things about this great country Armenia that we never knew. Hayk is always on time, he is very patient with his tourists and never rushes; and from the moment you meet Hayk, it’s non-stop, humor, jokes, back stories of Armenian history etc. As every tourist would be hustling around wanting to take pictures; with Hayk you are spellbound by his explanations, humor and advice on the best spots and angles for capturing memorable pictures. Even after the tour if you need anything or advice, he’s ever ready to help. Oh and here’s a double whammy; our friends were celebrating their 25th Wedding Anniversary and Hayk made all the arrangements (at one of the oldest churches/monastery) to make their day a very memorable one, including arranging a place to change clothes after the ceremony and get back on the tour 😊. I also told Hayk I wanted to propose to my partner (of 13 years) and like a Gene with the snap of a finger he made that happen too and it was beautiful. The feeling Hayk leaves you with is like you have known Hayk for decades, and your experience with him will be etched in your brain 😊. Thank you Hayk for the wonderful time you gave us; the dates of our next visit to Armenia will revolve around the dates “you” will be available to be our guide once again to show us the rest of Armenia (places we didn't get a chance to visit). Until then; take care and we look forward to meeting you soon.

Book with Hyak & remember your tour forever - Hyak, our guide, is an amazing guide who is not only fluent in English, but he is almost like a native speaker and he travelled the world, what gives him great approaches about cultural ideas. He is a real entertainer. Passionate for his country’s history and culture, he explained us so many facts and also gave us some very interesting opinions. We really loved the tour. The view from Garni temple onto the gorge is stunning. There are ancient baths next to the Temple. The experience at Geghard Monastery is unforgettable, the beauty of the nature around the monastery is very nice and calm. The churches were carved inside the mountains. There is a nice sound of water coming from the river next to it.

Hyak & Anahit - Best Armenian Guides - Dear Hyak, thank you - we had an incredible time in Armenia, it far exceeded our expectations. Your country while being tough and rocky, has created some of the most hospitable people on earth. You have a great team with Anahit & Sarkis, we were well cared for and our knowledge of Armenia and her history is now outstanding. We hope and pray that your nation overcomes the challenges that it faces with your neighbours. Certainly we will return. Thank you Paul & Maral

When in Armenia, use Hayk as a tour guide. You won’t be disappointed! - Hayk is a terrific guide. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about Armenia, both in terms of sites and history. He’s very dedicated to his job as a tour guide, always adapting to make sure you get the best possible tour. Our flight was delayed by over 8 hours, so we missed our first tour, but he regrouped and in the end we did all the tours we had booked, which was much appreciated. His SUV is very comfortable and Wi-Fi is available too! I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!!!

HAYK FOR THE WIN - Hayk is more than just a tour guide. He's like a history professor. Traveling is also about knowledge, loved the story-telling along the way. The private tour was worth while! Will definitely book the next trip with him but hopefully we could catch his free time. Visiting Armenia changed a lot of our ideas about the country because of him, the investigation trip went very well that we are looking forward to stay a bit longer next time. Please book your trips with him, recommending 101%. Safe Fun Welcoming

Highlight of my Armenia trip! - I did a private tour with Hayk and it was a wonderful day, and a highlight of my trip. It's so important to get outside of Yerevan! Hayk is a fantastic guide - so knowledgeable and fun - and this was a great way to learn so much more about the the history and culture of Armenia. It's such a neat country, and through doing a tour, you're able to see some of the highlights with a great guide who takes care of everything and knows how to beat the crowds. We were able to visit some very popular sites at times when no one else was there, which made it all the more special. We covered a lot of ground - we went to Garni pagan temple, Geghard cave monastery, the Symphony of Stone in Garni canyon, Lake Sevan and Sevanavnik monastery, Dilijan, and, Haghardzin monastery in Dilijan national park. If I return to Armenia, I would love to do a multi-day tour with Hayk.
