Metin and his family are the best! - My husband and I had an incredible time with Metin and his cousins! Metin is an incredibly patient and descriptive teacher. He made everything look and feel so easy! I appreciate how he let us do everything on our own and gave us a lesson on clay types and the process of traditional pottery making. The shop is beautiful and in a cave so I definitely recommend bringing a light jacket or something warm if you get cold easily like I do!

Incredible experience - MUST DO - Metin is an incredible host and even better artist! His talent has been passed down for four generations and there is a huge display of his work. Metin briefly taught us about the history of the clay and the importance in turkey. The experience was incredible. Metin is a really good and patient teacher. There is a wide variety of options and lots of space. It was my boyfriend’s first time at a pottery experience and I didn’t anticipate him enjoying it so much and wanting to go back. I definitely recommend!

A fun memory for couples and family and a learning experience for the soul - This experience started with a beautiful drive through Ürgup which set the mood to what would be a fun, unique experience. Once we got there we were welcomed by two brothers who are the fourth generation of pottery masters. Not only they know their art well, but also are the kindest and most patient men in the world. The information on the óptions was presented clearly and there were many to choose from! The class is personalised and Metin, the máster and teacher, guides you kindly into the making of your own ceramic. My husband and I spent four hours in the shop having tons of fun, learning from this art and being mesmerised by the uniqueness of his art and this ancestral art. It is a must do for anyone in Cappadocia. The space is beautiful and it is located in a beautiful área, with An amazing Restaurant next door where you can treat yourself to delicious food from Azerjaban.

Pottery in Cappadocia - Everything about this tour was memorable! We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the pottery studio where we did a short introduction about the history of clay in Cappadocia. After this the real fun began where we choose our own design and made it on the wheel. Our guide was awesome and patiently guided us through the whole process of creating our masterpieces. Afterwards we dried our clay creations and it was packed and wrapped for us to take home. It really was a memorable experience that we will remember forever.

Authentic clay experience - must do in Cappadocia! - Metin was a great host. He was very calm and friendly in teaching us the techniques. We got to take home our clay creations. We also appreciated that he was willing to collect and drop us off at our hotel in Goreme. Will definitely recommend

fun pottery course - It was a very fun experience, as me and my friend never did it before. They picked us up in the hotel and there we could do the pottery as well as painting it for 25€. Would recommended it to everyone.
