A wonderful experience - The tour guide Sarah was very knowledgeable and funny. And the driver Samuel was a safe driver. It was a lovely place to visit and the timing was just right.

Don’t miss! Five stars - WORTH IT! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We brought our family of four (two teens) and we all loved it. We used the extra time to rent a motor boat and explore the lake. Beautiful trip

Beautiful bus trip to Annecy. - Wonderful trip! Had originally booked a private tour, but was cancelled, so ended up with the bus tour as we wanted to see Annecy. So happy it worked out this way. The drive was beautiful & smooth. One of the nicest/cleanest coaches we’ve been on. The guide did point out things on the way down, but not a lot. Once we arrived in Annecy, we walked with the guide for about half hour. It was nice to get the lay of the land & know where to go. From there we had about 2.5 hours to roam on our own. We walked up to the castle, roamed the streets & shopped & walked along the lake. It was the perfect amount of time. Would highly recommend this trip if you want to get out of Geneva & see the Venice of France.

A magical corner - The beautiful place. The guide, Gabriel, fantastic, ever since he introduced himself he was always telling us about the place and its history, there was a couple who did not arrive on time and he was concerned to look for them. Very friendly and concerned to give us data of the place to tour it. Also punctual!!️👏👏👏

Beautiful town and great guide - The tour guide was lovely, upbeat and quite informative. I think her name was Salla. It was just the right amount of free time and our guide gave us a tour of the town. Annecy is a lovely little town. We were lucky to have sunny weather too today morning. Don’t miss this

Lovely day - Fun trip, just enough time to enjoy the town and then get back to Geneva to do other things. People in the town were pleasant. Guide was knowledgeable.

Don’t skip Annecy, skip the tour - The bus was delayed 30 minutes and the speakers on top level didn’t work. To her credit, our guide kept alternating between down and upstairs, which was appreciated but didn’t really help as she is soft-spoken. Not sure the tour added much to a solo visit. If you can save money by getting there on your own and read a Google entry on town you’d be as well off.

Not so great - This tour was fine but the guide wasn’t. She did not communicate very well. She told us she would let us know when she was ready and never came there. We had to find the group. On the bus because it was a double-decker she spent most of the time on the top deck or with the driver because the intercom system didn’t work. We were on the lower level because I can’t climb stairs. There were about 17 people in the group. It was very difficult to hear her when she was talking. In a Annesy she had no communication system The other tours you have did. When we left we were three people short. She never did a headcount. Luckily, the three came running towards the bus as it was leaving. Everyone was yelling to stop the bus for the people. We love Viator and have gone on many tours. This is probably least satisfying.

It all starts at bus station with the driver and guide. - The tour guide was difficult to understand speaking english. She was not an engaging personality. The tour driver was not friendly like he didn't want to be there. He also had no consideration for passengers in the rear of the bus when taking curves too fast, we were sliding from side to side. I had three excursions with Key tours and this one was the worst experience.I went and discovered the city on my own.

Avoid Tuesdays!!! - This was a bit disappointing - The main thing in D'Annecy is the Chateau - please be aware that this is closed on Tuesday and this was not made clear to us - the other key historic site was the Le Palais de I'Île - also closed on Tuesday - so we were really upset and felt we had been sold a pup - I imagine this is fine most days but avoid Tuesdays!!!
