Made the best out of bad weather - Made a great ski day out of the worst conditions. When we got there we were informed that the mountain we paid for was close due to avalanche precautions, however, Norman recommended a mountain 15 minutes away. He drove our group there and waited for us to finish. Cannot recommend this enough, a ton of fun. Ask for Norman!

Wonderful place but Poor guidance - The place is amazing, however, it would have been much better if the guide had explained more about trip, he left us without showing us where to go after taking the Ski tools !

Do NOT waste your time! - We were brought by bus (fine) to Charmonix were we were led to a ski shop that didn't have enough gear for all participants. Then the "guide" left us. Just bailed. We didn't have ski gear and she just left. Eventually, enough people returned their gear and we were allowed to go but if you expect anyone to show you were to go, what line to get in, what bus to ride, you are in for a world of hurt. You are left completely alone. We managed to figure it out and got to the correct slope but when it was time to go, we couldn't find the pick up spot and since we had no guide and hadn't seen her in 8 hours it was problematic. Luckily we ran into some other folks and got to the pick up spot in the middle of town which is NOT the same spot where we were dropped off which added to the confusion. Then we were told that our bus was too full and we had to switch busses. All in all it was a hassle of a day, not relaxing, and expensive for what it was. I would not do it again and I would not recommend it to anyone else.
