Amazing experience with incredible views - highly recommend - This trip was the highlight of our holiday. Babis was a great tour guide and exceptional driver - particularly when it came to parallel parking a coach. The views were incredible, I was worried about the clouds cover but they blew away quickly. There was plenty to do including the peak walk, glacier walk and gift shop and the time spent on the peak was just right. Stopping in Montreux on the way back was great too - it would have been nice to have a bit more time there but there is a lot to pack into a day so understand why an hour was allocated. Highly recommend

Must have visited Glacier 3000 - We drove from Morgins via a beautiful route to the starting point Glacier 3000. Around 10:30 we were at the gondola and were able to go up within half an hour. Buying tickets went smoothly. Arriving at the top we first walked over the bridge to the top. Fine to do. Up stairs more difficult when you are less mobile. Then we took the chairlift to the glacier. Wonderful trip with views - great. Our adult children walked across the glacier to the end point from the chairlift. This trip took over an hour (round trip). Make sure you wear sunglasses! Starting route gletcher quite steep down and slippery. We have done this walk halfway. Quite an experience to walk in the snow in summer! Hubby has been after the walk in the sleigh with daughter in the higher toboggan run. Was a very fast one they said:.). For this toboggan run you pay more than 10 euros per person outside the total amount of 480 euros). Finally, we had something to eat and drink on the upper outdoor terrace. Nice service and good food. The amount to go up per person is hefty (480 euros for 4 people), but we thought it was worth it.

Great views, great guide - Our driver and guide Roger was amazing! He shared so many fun facts and was so well organized! The views were amazing and it was so nice to be in a little bit colder weather during the summer heat! It was a breathtaking experience and even more beautiful in person than in the pictures!

One of the most memorable experiences!! - Our tour guide, Zeb, was awesome and made sure everyone in our group had an amazing time. Zeb made driving on twisty mountain roads to get us to Glacier 3000 an art form. This was absolutely one of the most memorable experiences of my life.

Great tour. - Amazing trip, nicely guided, exceptional views of Alpine glaciers, all in all great trip. On return short halt to Montreux was excellent. I would suggest that Keytours should include visit to museum of legendary Charli Chaplin which was very close at Vevey. We wanted to visit.

Good - It was a very good experience. Except for the pick and drop off that never happened. I go to the key tour office and waited for the bus. Over all good.

A lost opportunity - The views were amazing as was the Drive. My fault I was not prepared on how cold it would be to get to the Glacier from the cable station so did not take that final part. Next time need to be better prepared with gloves and a good jacket

Not a good experience with the provider - Failed to pick us up at our hotel for this tour. When I phoned they said that they had sent an email notifying me that pick up was not available. I received that email 2 days later. I fail to understand why pick up option is available once you put in the hotel name and address. It should have come back immediately that it was not available for pick up. We booked this weeks in advance. There was ample time to notify us and for us to make alternate arrangements to go to the meeting place. We will be demanding a refund from Viator. FYI, I'm a travel agent.
