Visit some rooms of the famous Palace, and meet our chefs who will teach you all the secrets of the original Ligurian pesto. With this culinary immersion you will prepare pesto from your location equipped with a stone mortar and all the fresh ingredients for its preparation.
When the pesto is ready, you will be able to taste it with some excellent traditional Ligurian focaccia, accompanied by a tasting of local wine. You will be named Ligurian Pesto Ambassador to the world and will be given a diploma, along with a small amount of Ligurian basil seeds-a gift to remember this wonderful experience and to be able to relive it at home.
