Great value - We booked this tour as we had never been to Genoa before and wanted a quick overview of the city. We have been on several private tours in the past and although they are more expensive than large group tours we believe you get a better, more personalised experience. Our guide, Niccolò was a Genoese native who spoke excellent English was very engaging and personable. He had contacted us before the tour to ask if there were any particular things we wished to see. We told him we were interested in history and architecture and he based his tour round those topics. Niccolo really knew his city and was very enthusiastic in his presentation. He showed us some wonderful buildings and hidden gems you simply wouldn’t find on your own, especially in the old town which is a tangle of narrow medieval streets. We returned to some of Niccolo’s recommendations over the next few days for a longer look as the 3 hours with him went so fast. All in all this is an excellent tour which was well worth the money in our opinion.

Genoa: Private walking tour with local guide . - Our guide Niccolo is very knowledgeable and accommodating. He showed us all important buildings & landmarks, cultures, history with extended explanations. The day ended with heavy rain, but we still enjoyed it.

Fabulous walking tour with Fulvio - We were a small group of 8 people and we had a fabulous walking tour with Fulvio, our tour guide! Fulvio took us to many hidden places that as tourists we would not know to go there by ourselves. Fulvio was very knowledgeable of the history of Genoa, and Fulvio was also fun, kind and caring. We highly recommend this walking tour with Fulvio!

Walking Tour of Genoa highlights - Great walking tour and our guide Fulvio was excellent. Met us at Genoa airport, helped us get to train station to store our luggage, started our tour from there, very informative, great photo opportunities, casual pace, and covered so many great spots. He even made sure we got back to the train ststion on time. Would do this tour again and highly recommend.

A perfect tour to step back in time in beautiful Genoa - This was a private tour of Genoa so just myself and my husband. Our guide was Francesca who was very passionate and knowledgeable which we loved. We are both very interested in the history behind the countries we visit so a perfect tour for us. She was also polite kind and caring as I am in a wheelchair so she had the added problem of avoiding stairs which she somehow managed to do too. Great tour and tour guide would highly recommend it. 10 out of 10.

Flavio was a wonderful tour guide! - Flavio was a wonderful tour guide! Very knowledgeable and passionate about Genoa, which has been his home for twenty years. His expansive knowledge of the history and culture of the region made the experience very interesting, and it was delightful to spend the time together!

Genoa walking tour - Our guide's English accent was hard to understand. He often struggled with finding words. His knowledge seemed lacking as well. I think he was either a substitute or a trainee.
