Learn the ingredients and preparation of Penang dishes like Lor Bak, Wantan Mee, Assam Laksa, Char Koay Teow, Hokkien Mee, Curry Mee; drinks like nutmeg juice, ambra, barley, white coffee and desserts like Chendol, ABC or rojak. 4.
