Highlights
  • 156 Rte de Strasbourg - We’ll start the tour in our Wine Space with a glass of Crémant, introducing our House and Alsace region.

We’ll then visit the family cellar, dating back to 1850, to show you our century-old oak barrels, still used today to vinify our wines. Following the estate’s organic conversion in 2020, we have renovated our cellar and are now taking advantage of this new setting to offer our visitors a new activity with the opening of a scenographic area. You’ll discover a movie about our rich personal history, and our working philosophy. The experience is projected onto 180° oak barrels in the cellar, allowing the public to become totally immersed in our history. A unique experience in France.

You’ll finish the tasting in our new immersive tasting area, with a wine to accompany each course. Lounge music and wall-mounted images will transport you for the duration of your meal into OUR world, where wine and tourism are intertwined…

Additional Information

Céline and Yvan ZEYSSOLFF, enthusiastic about travel and architectural beauty, have ventured through numerous unique and sometimes exquisite family cellars. All of these trips shared a common purpose: to make one of France’s most esteemed heritages - wine - more accessible to all. They imagined the vineyard as not just a place of work, but a hub for conversation and storytelling where wine is narrated through family lore and regional history.

The ZEYSSOLFFs, proprietors of a vineyard with a rich lineage and heritage, wished to establish a space that promotes sharing. Here, wine connoisseurs, enthusiasts, and neophytes alike can gather and leave feeling not only culturally enriched but emotionally connected as well.

Experience the flavors of 3 unique Alsace wines and a traditional Alsatian pie in an exceptional environment: an ancient family cellar from 1850 where the past and present intersect! There’s also a quaint alcove available in the antique vaulted cellar of the house where you can find peace and solitude. Children are welcome and will be served grape juice.

need a car and can actually book on your own but overall OK - wine tasting is good; interesting heritage and history, food choices not given , just served the meat pie ( which is nice) but I was hoping to be given choices. wine place open for lunch; much more choices so maybe can give viator guest 2 choices of main course to choose from? Should at least have tobasco sauce in the restaurant setting as well; since guest come from all over the world. Bought the pinot gri; it was good; at Eur 13/ bottle to bring home

Avoid at all costs - Hardly any wine given on the tour compared to others in Alsace (who do not charge and are very generous). Wines overpriced. Could do better than a microwave meal. The Nespresso coffee was the best thing of the meal. The lady tour guide was lovely. On the whole, one to avoid.
