Highly recommend this company! - We had a fantastic time on the Bruges and Ghent tour! Everything was perfect—the sights, the guide, and the overall experience. The free photo shoot session was a delightful surprise, and the chocolate, beer, waffles, and boat rides were all amazing!

Very entertaining guided day in Bruges and Ghent - What an amazing experience! We booked a full day private tour to Bruges and Ghent from Brussels, and from the first moment, everything was perfect. Our Guide was not only an expert in the history and culture of both cities, but also knew exactly how to adapt the tour to our interests and pace. We started in Bruges, where we strolled through its cobbled alleys, admired medieval architecture and enjoyed a chocolate tasting that was simply delicious. Every corner of town looked like something out of a fairy tale, and our Guide showed us places we would definitely have missed if we had gone on our own. Then, in Ghent, history came alive as we explored stunning castles and cathedrals. The Belgian beer tasting was the icing on the cake, allowing us to taste the authentic local culture in a fun and relaxed way. Solid day - Our tour guide Diego was amazing! He was a great host for us. Nothing negative to say about him and would highly recommend him. Just know that there are different tour guides as you will see different names in the reviews. I recommend messaging the tour operator / owner to see if you will have him or someone else in advance of the tour.

Bridges/Ghent Day Trip from Brussels - Mackie was excellent driver and very nice guide. Bruges was more touristy than expected but Ghent was surprisingly beautiful and less crowded. Boat trip in Ghent was great. I would have liked a more in depth knowledge of each place.

Cancelled last minute, no reason given, bad company - This tour group canceled at the last minute. We booked this tour well in advance and were planning it in our itinerary. This was a big disappointment and set our trip off course. There was no advance notice, reason for the cancellation, or apology. Be aware of this tour company. They do not operate in good faith and are not a good business. Stay far away.
