Great day out - Excellent day out right from pick up to drop off. Very helpful and friendly. Would recommend day out for family. Commutation was very good.

Perfect day trip not far from Ubud centre - Gede was our guide for this amazing trip We thoroughly enjoyed the tubing - the location is absolutely beautiful, almost no people around and free photo platforms for amazing pics Then the coffee plantation was the same - absolutely stunning place with great tasting options Then the rice fields to top it off which were perfect Our guide was happy to allow us time to do what we wanted - he was flexible if we wanted to add on a swing or other activity but we didn’t bother in the end . He took lots of photos for us too Perfect trip and definitely a highlight for us

Wonderful afternoon tubing and exploring rice terraces - The tubing was very pleasant and was followed by a great little lunch at a cafe with a great view. The rice terraces were stunning, and our driver, Dian Eka, even offered to briefly extend our trip by visiting a nearby coffee plantation, which we visited and thoroughly enjoyed.

Relaxing and fun for the family - We had a fun experience, very friendly and helpful taxi drivers, tubing was a fun experience but not for real thrill seekers, the ride is slow and made fun by the the guides. Rice terrace was nice but very busy with tourists. It was a nice day.

Our driver Eka was 5 stars - We had a fantastic day out doing the cave tubing, coffee plantation and zip line. Our favourite part of the trip was the coffee plantation which is definitely worth a visit! Our driver for the day, Eka, was fantastic, with him really making the experience!

Awesome experience, the guides made the experience so much better. - Wow way better than expected. Well organised. Our guide (Tayo) was amazing. He was funny, told us about the tunnels and best of all took pics and video on my mobile. Made a great experience that much better. Tayo is a real asset to the experience. Also did the e-bikes with Raika. These e-bikes a perfect for the area. Raika is a knowledgeable and engaging guide. We have been to Bali a few times but we learnt more from Raika than before. Absolutely recommend an e-bike ride with Raika. Next time in Bali will do another e bike trip with him. Pickup and dropff from Villa by Putu completed the experience. It's a long drive but Putu kept us entertained. Great driver and tour guide. You get more from the experience than is advertised. Well done lads.

Bali swing and cave tubing. - Amazing experience, Bali swing was sensational and cave tubing was fun and exciting. Our tour guide and driver Budi was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful and we cannot thank him enough for the wonderful day he was very accommodating. Thank you Budi.

Fun for all ages - Was a great day the whole family enjoyed the day immensely. So much fun for all ages we had 6 years old to 48 years old.

Very scary in rain - We were two families with children aged 7-11yrs. We had another family join our group with a younger child (maybe 4yrs). The day we went there was very heavy rain, as a result the water level in the tunnels was obviously higher than usual. We asked if the tunnels were ok and were reassured they were. The first few tunnels were fine. After about 300m the tunnel became very low and everyone had to lie completely flat on their tubes to get through the tunnel. However, as the water level was so high it was very tight so everyone’s helmets were scraping on the rock roof with their faces very close to the rock ceiling. This continued for most of the trip. At one point myself and my son became stuck, wedged between the tube and cave ceiling and had to be pushed through by a guide. All the children were terrified/distressed. The young 4yr old screamed the entire way and my 11yr old had a complete panic attack and was crying, which is out of character for him. The water level was clearly too high which made it difficult for us to get through the tunnel. Having said all that the guides were lovely and did really try to help. Clearly a decision needs to be made by the owners of this experience about when to cancel the tubing. I’m sure it would be fine if there wasn’t any rain, although I wouldn’t go if you were claustrophobic.
