Great day exploring Girona and Costa Brava - Anthony aka:Tony our tour guide met us at our hotel promptly early in the morning. He greeted us with a smile and explained where we would go for the day, mentioning that it would most likely last 11hours. What we loved ,most is that he geared the tour to please us. He did a great job in doing so. Our day started with a drive to Girona. We made it just in time to go to the Jewish Museum before it closed. Tony then walked us through the Jewish quarter explains the history. He was very knowledgable. He knew exactly what to show us. He also offered to take many pictures, which we took him up on. He took us to a wonderful pastry shop where we enjoyed a local favorite pastry called a Chucho. OMG was it delicious!! Tony knew I was interested in pottery. We were taken to a shop in Girona, where I found very unique ceramics. After leaving Gioron, Tony took us to a small town with many more pottery shops. We saw many beautiful creations. Sadly the Dali museum was closed that day, so instead Tony drove us to Costa Brava. We really wanted to go to Costa brava, so It worked out great. We experienced cold rainy weather. But that didn't stop Tony from showing us everything! The wind and rain made it hard to appreciate the beauty. But, I have to admit the waves were spectacular. We ate at a quaint restaurant on the beach and we learned more about the area from Tony. He also told us what to order lol. Tony then took us to different spots in Costa Brava with spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding homes. It was a great day thanks to Tony!!

Wonderful day at Historic Girona - We went for the day trip of Girona and Figueres with Antonio.. managed over 2h of walk around the scenic and serene town of Girona.. and heard many stories about the town from Antonio who is both entertaining and knowledgeable. Didn't do much at Figueres except visiting the Dali museum which exhibited varied collections of Dali. We were especially appreciative of Antonio who dropped us at the airport after the trip as we wouldn't have been able to make it for the trip otherwise. Thanks vm, Antonio! Date of travel- May 2019

A great day! - My wife and I spent the day with Antonio on his private tour of Girona and a trip to Figueres to the Dali Museum. Antonio knows a lot about the history, culture and current events in Spain and Catalonia. We spent over 10 hours talking and have a much better understanding things than any guide book or group tour can ever give you.

Our fantastic tour guide Antonio - We were picked up by Antonio on time at our airbnb apartment. We immediately noticed how warm and friendly he is. Girona is such an awesome place and Antonio led us thru the town, the walls, the basilica; giving us great detail of the historical background and explaining us what we were looking at. He took us to best cafe, bakery and gelato place (among the hundreds out there). He showed us all the locations where the Game of Thrones were shot, it was totally unbelievable that were right there. The town and the view there are truly magical which kind of gave us the idea why it was shot here. He has incredible amount of knowledge about Girona since in the past he said that he had actually lived there. After Girona, he took us to Figueres where he helped us buy the tickets to the Salvador Dali museum, he asked us to take our own time, never rushing us. I very highly recommend Antonio for this tour if you want the travel convenience and a very friendly person as a tour guide.

Too brief of a trip. - Visit was too brief. The guide did her best but with only one hour in each city, it was like a “drive by”, especially at the Dali Museum. I think it would be better to go to only one place at a time.

Check the basics first with this operator - Unfortunately, it was a tough tour. We were 5 adults that had to sit in a small car for 3 hours. In the back, we could not even buckle up it was that tight. On top of this, we found that the Dali museum is closed on Mondays, the day we went there. Our guide tried hard but had no chance. The company responsible for this trip simply was out to make some fast money.
